Can’ login with the correct info
This is garbage. It eon’t accept my website SSA login user ID and password. What a joke of an app!
App is terrible
App never works, impossible to log in because it always closes out when I submit my password. Face ID doesn’t work.
Terrible customer service
Won’t let me log in, won’t let me reset password. Phone contact is horrible. Audio breaks up and when you finally get in there is no option to reset password.
Won’t work without ID.me
I refuse to use ID.me for identity so-called verification, therefore this app does not function.
Touch id has not worked & still doesn’t

It was great
It worked great for me but now it won’t let me log in. I have tried changing password and it keeps giving me error.
Worthless
So far all around worthless experience with this company’s tech. Their website is terrible and logs me out every time I try to get to account info. So I downloaded the app. Every time I attempt to log in, it tells me there is a server error and it won’t connect to anything and to try again later. Frustrating at best.

App states that my phone is jailbroken and will not open….

This app has never worked for me. I delete it and reinstall, only to have it constantly tell me it cannot connect to the server. This company is so technically in the dark ages they can’t even verify your bank account without a blank canceled check. Who has a checkbook anymore?
Fun to use
This app makes it fun to learn about personal finance. The educational pieces are easy to understand and they even reward you with gift cards!

Best way to keep track of your account and easy to use. I can even view my beneficiaries on the app. Love the tools and education section too. One of the best financial apps I’ve used for my 401(k).
