Virtual visit - nope
Prescriptions - nada
Claims - it has it’s moments. Some days you can see them, most not.
Also, the time I did get the virtual visit to work I was connected to a NP, who just reads you webMD solutions back to you. You cannot get prescriptions submitted for sinus, ear infections, etc.
If Anthem is offered in your area, go with them. Even if its a bit pricer policy
I just use the app to pay the monthly premium view ID cards.

Needs Major Updates
The app won’t let me login at all. It keeps saying “Opps, unable to login. Please verify your information & try again” I have put the same login info into the website & it worked just fine. It’s just annoying to have the app, when you have to use the website instead. What’s the point of the app?
