Didn’t renew service even after paying for it. I even paid for bonus data and didn’t receive it. Their support staff are dismissive and lack courtesy.

Suddenly my number become invalid
I want to top-up my number. But by time I try to login, suddenly there is a pop-up notification saying “Unable to send OTP, please ensure the number is correct and try again”. I’ve been using this number for 2 years and suddenly this happened. Please fix this problem.
No service at many places I frequent and bad customer service
Read all the bad reviews but still decided to go for a try because it was recommended to me. However, unlucky me, my work place does not have service at all and the mall I frequent has bad network. Bought lucky number but porting out requires additional charges below 30 days, even though I couldn’t use it due to no service. Automated monthly charges to my card that I use to make for the first payment without consent. I have never used a telco that has automated charges unless I opted for giro etc. 100% not recommended, would rather pay extra $20 for better service and quality. Customer service only can reply my email 1 time per day even though I replied them straight away after receiving their email. Definitely would take awhile to solve 1 problem.

Beyond Terrible. Slow. Slow. Slow.
DO NOT USE THIS! It doesn't offer 5G in most areas of Singapore and even when you get 5G, the speed is excruciatingly slow! While I used to achieve over 300 Mbps on Circles, the Simba connection is only around 50 Mbps! That's worse than speeds in developing countries like the Philippines or Indonesia! Plus they have no phone numbers to call for help, so you need to go down to a store like at Lucky Plaza and stand in line for help. I'm cancelling my plan and switching after just one week because it's TERRIBLE!

SIMBA
Such a worst line. It’s such a waste of time & money to use SIMBA line. Can you image you only use it when you travel to work from home, and it’s can’t event work properly for 15 minutes. Like wth, then why do I need to top up for data, if you can’t even work properly for 15 minutes. Such a waste

Amongst all the network providers I've used in Msia and Sg, this has been the worst experience. They keep trying to take your money for absurd reasons. You cant dorectly transfer your esim in 2025 yes 2025 when you change phones, you have to go to one of their outlets to pay and get a QR code to do it. Also they charged $100 instead of $10 once with my credit card for my monthly plan lol and it's really a nightmare using this providef

Worse customer service and connectivity
I ported in my number from GOMO, enticed by the large data allowance and advertised coverage. However, in most locations, it only connects to LTE indoors, and in some areas, there’s no connectivity at all. Due to my work, I need to use a personal hotspot, but I couldn’t even share it with my iPad.
After just two days, I decided to switch back to GOMO but Simba rejected the port-out request. This is unacceptable. I didn’t even ask for a refund and was willing to forfeit the payment. I contacted customer service, but the only channel available was email, and I received no reply. Terrible experience.

Good value for money especially for travellers
I really enjoyed the fact that they have upgraded the amount of roaming data internationally, in APAC and even bundled the local data to include Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia etc. makes travel so much easier.
The main downside is that the coverage is not as good as the big three telcos. But for the price, it’s really good value for money!

Coverage is ridiculously inconsistent. Many dead spots throughout the country.
- If you are fine with having your mobile data cutting off often, this telco is fine for you. Went with them because of their price point and deals, but found out that was such a huge mistake. The connectivity is atrocious. I emailed them about it before but I never bothered to respond back to them since there are so many dead spots throughout Singapore.
- As for their app, it is so simple-looking. Their billing system consists of you having to top-up an amount of your choosing and they will deduct from however much you have deposited within your wallet.
**TAKE NOTE THAT SHOULD YOU WISH TO PORT-OUT OF SIMBA, WHATEVER IS IN THE WALLET IS NOT REFUNDABLE.**
They often have deals whereby they match however much you deposit at a ratio of 1:1 in an effort to retain your business.
- It has only been a few months but I have finally moved on from SIMBA.

Useless.
If you want to save money, you can choose it, but you will have a terrible experience. I strongly advise everyone not to sacrifice their happiness just to save a little. Simba’s network is absolutely terrible,it’s either disconnected or has no signal at all. The speed is so slow that it’s completely useless! They claim it’s 5G? It’s worse than 4G, maybe even slower than 3G!

Using at Malaysia bad network connection
Buy $25 for 30 day is very unstable connection and sometimes wait 20 seconds then connection. Very frustrating and watch video or video game slow and stop connection loss rank game 25 time. Using WhatsApp okay. For some place Malaysia not network out of range and walk is there network. Genting highlands is not stable connection too.

I recently switched to Simba, hoping for a reliable service, but I have to say, I'm thoroughly disappointed. The network coverage is abysmal, especially in expressway tunnels where I expect to stay connected. It's frustrating to lose signal completely while driving through tunnels, especially when I rely on my phone for navigation and communication.
In contrast, the other telcos have no such issues. They seamlessly maintain their connections, even in the most challenging spots. It’s disappointing and a let down that in this day and age, Simba can't provide basic service in areas where it’s most needed.
I would not recommend Simba, especially those who frequently drive through tunnels or rely on consistent connectivity. Save yourself the frustration and go with a telco that actually delivers on their promises!

Allow Broadbad Users to login
I am a broadband only user, the Simba app is not allowing me to login at all as I dont have a valid mobile connection. Its becoming a pain to do braodband payments ontime due to this.

I have been using SIMBA for two years, but it’s time to move on from this Telco.
Although the price point is really good (which was the main reason why I ported over to SIMBA in the first place), the data coverage for SIMBA is extremely poor. There’s way too many poor connection spots in Singapore. Instead of 5G, I always end up with LTE in many places in Singapore. I will give an extra star because overseas coverage was OK as I had OK coverage in Malaysia, Thailand and a few other countries around the world. However, If I’m paying for 5G but cannot fully utilise it due to poor connectivity, what’s the point?
I’d recommend to reconsider going with this Telco even if the “value for money” can be tempting.
