App keeps logging out
Whats the point of this app if it can’t even stay signed in for a few days. Garbage. Just use website instead.
Login glitches with instability
It’s been more than a year i have been using this app. The developer are not even aware that Face ID login does not work for more than a year now. I guess they did not put much research in iPhone app. The app is unstable with multiple glitches at random steps/action. They need to improve it drastically as this is utility app for home and impact day to day life of people. Very poor resolution team.

Need to fix issues
Every time I open with my Face ID , it’s response saying with wrong credentials… it’s opening after only when I uninstalled and again downloaded … I am doing uninstalling and reinstalling process every month… it’s really frustrating and annoying to do it every month….
App not open every time need to uninstall and again need to install
The app is not open if you not check it every day. Once I pay the bill amount then we don’t need to login again . When we again try to login on next month it is not open even given the mobile number, thumb also consumer number. Uninstall the app again need to install it for further login . Really it is very disappointing.

Authentication not working
Finally deleted the app as it is of no use. How the hell
It says mobile number not correct, which was used till last week. Earlier uninstallation and again reinstallation was working for each login and now that also not working. Better TATA power has to remove the app from AppStore.
