Very disappointing app
Unfortunately this one did not make it easier to maintain or manage your TPG account on the phone. The log in process is super painful each time, as it has some sort of error in many cases, which makes it nearly impossible to even check on how much data one’s using. The service itself from the provider is not half as bad and very budget friendly, but the app could definitely use a loving hand.

I can’t even properly enter my username and passwords. How can a telco have such a bad app?

Trying to login to the app barely works. Even when it does work it usually says password no longer valid

I have never once been able to use this app despite reinstalling multiple times, clearing cache etc. It lets me log in then crashes every time I try to use it. Would give 0 stars if I could, I’m convinced they just have this available so they can claim they have an “app”…

Needs major improvement
On my new iPhone 17, the (sent) TPG verification code for Login will not autofill. Second, using the Messaging in the app, the message window does not scroll to allow “Submit”. The app clearly has major bugs.
Useless app
Absolutely rubbish. Cannot log in. My password works on Website but cannot get it to work on app. Have deleted re installed many times. Don’t waist your time with this app.

TERRIBLE - CANNOT LOGIN
The keyboard covers Login button, when typing.
Now although nothing has improved, it’s even worse, the login page just refreshes itself, so I cannot login.
It’s time to say bye-byes.

In the XXI I’m forced to delete old payment info and register new VISA card, all over again 😩
(I cannot imagine doing this every month). There’s no ApplePay either!?
Surely you’d want the app up to date w/ current technology, like your adversaries’ apps, no?😉

Very disappointing experience with TPG
Very disappointing experience with TPG. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, the signal is often weak or inconsistent, and the customer support has been extremely frustrating. I’ve had to explain the same issues multiple times, calls have been disconnected, and problems are often left unresolved.
For the amount I pay, I expected much more reliable service and much better support. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently poor.

Won't open
After the last update, my TPG app won't open. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still won't open. Have to go online To my web browser to login.
Worst app ever
Trying to increase my data limit and I can’t pay for a top up while my normal billing transaction is in process (48 hours) so now I’m stuck without data
App doesn’t work
Actually a pass through to Safari, but the website submit button to update account details doesn’t work in Safari on my phone. Completely useless.

Cannot login anymore. Login credentials work fine on desktop PC login. TPG asked me to login manually by typing in my long password letter by letter instead of using my password manager. Didn’t change the end result. You just end up at the login screen again after it looks like it’s trying to do something.
