Update the App
I personally think it would help the app if you updated it more frequently like the other apps do. Every 3-4 months isn’t good enough
Poorly designed
Can y’all please please please try your own app his hit or Miss. Sometimes it just doesn’t work at all. It’s very frustrating. When it periodically worked well it was very helpful and I was able to be outside waiting for my ride because I could visually see that it was close. Because normally you can say you’re 10 minutes away and still take a whole hour to get to me. But with this app, I could actually see that the van was approaching my home.

Literally Impossible to Use
I downloaded this app for my Father-in-Law and there’s no way to schedule a first time ride! The only option is to schedule a ride’From History’. Whatabollix.

Hello, sorry for the miscommunication. The app only allows riders to view upcoming trips that they have scheduled via their Agency. Each Agency decides what features to expose. Please contact the Agency directly to book the trips. Thank you

Cannot Book Rides for after 7pm.
The constant error messages took some getting used to. If anyone gets them, just keep requesting the same ride and eventually it'll go through. Also the 2 biggest issues are:
1. Not being able to input an address. You can only use addresses in your history... or you could just call... If you don't mind waiting anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours for a DAR agent. I'm assuming they're being flooded with calls since the app isn't as helpful as it could be.
2. Not being able to request pick-ups for after 7pm. I can do that when I call in. But the app won't let you. If they fix this, I would have zero reason to call.

Unable to cancel scheduled rides
I can no longer cancel a scheduled ride on the app. I get an error message.
Location services
Currently the app has some glitches from what I can see. We have only used this for a short time however the daylight savings time knocked everything out of whack!!
There is no longer a “where’s my vehicle” tab which we use a lot to determine if we have to give our client a ride to her program!!
Also the app is calculating longer than usual!

Ride location timing
For a week now the time and the area the ride is doesn’t match up consistently
