Horrible app
95% of the time the app says there’s no buses available and they’re busy but when I see the bus it’s normally empty or maybe 1-2 passengers. I’d rather they preset certain locations as stops because it’s way too hard to find places the bus will actually stop even though they’re within the route map, I really like the concept because no other bus comes to east Rockaway but they have a lot of improvements to make to this service
