Im on my way to healing. Thank you!

This is a perfect and comforting app. Heads up you will get 1 chapter free but the rest you can pay a couple of dollars a month to get the rest of the chapters. This is my first time subscribing to ANYTHING! I DO NOT REGRET IT! Every time I get upset or need affirmations I immediately go on the app to the Boost section and instantly feel better. Whether it’s saying the affirmations in my head or silently to myself….it really supports me emotionally. I really needed this in my life.

This app was truly a blessing to me. Thank you creators!

This is a perfect and comforting app. But can I suggest you guys put a white background behind the Questions? It’s sometimes hard to see the question. And I would like a setting that lets me contact you guys if there’s anything problems. And I didn’t want to add my email at first but when I exited out of that option in the 7th chapter and changed my mind and wanted to get notified when new exercises came out, I had no option. But thank you for reading my review! Wonderful job!

This app is great. They break up the lessons and exercises in a way that helps you stay engaged without being overwhelming or boring. And, of course, the pro-self-love message is something everyone could benefit from.

PROFOUND , I am truly healing

This app has profoundly helped me on my journey , the first chapter brought me to tears honestly…. I had a traumatic childhood and opening myself up like that makes me realize that my current habits are not self learned , they were taught. And that’s extremely powerful . Apart from that, digging up my past has allowed me to reflect on some guilts I was holding onto that I wasn’t even aware of . I didn’t realize how much of a critical thinker I was as a child . I can see now it’s a beautiful gift. Thank you wonderful app!!!

Most chapters locked - no way to unlock

I completed the first chapter and everything else is locked. It asked me to sign up by email to be informed when the next chapters are available, which I did. But what?? It’s hard to believe an app that’s been out for 4 years has only completed one chapter out of seven. Why put out an app to the public that’s not complete? I looked and there is nowhere to contact them to ask about this. Overall I feel this wasted my time by starting and not being able to continue. Please, don’t release incomplete apps! If the developer responds and gives me a way to unlock, I will update my review.

I am hooked

This was such a different experience than any other app I have downloaded. Usually I hate getting to involve and journaling to much but this actually drew thoughts out of me and made me thing about myself and how I love myself. I cannot wait for more chapters.

Valuable but locked

Valuable experience and information but the reward of chapter 1 isn’t checking complete and unlocking chapter 2. I assume the content is there because chapters 2-4 are labeled with 5+ being blank so I’m not sure if it’s a bug or just a preview
