Nahh

i don't recommend it just asks you some questions and than repeats the process not worth it

more options

i love this app. i wish they had more options in terms of feelings, for example. like they can put an “other” category. or even better, if there was the option to write the feeling and select more than one. i love the app though. and i would love more apps like it. it supports me a lot. thank you.

I really like the app, I wish it adds a way to completely heal emotional triggers

Cptsd triggers

This app is very helpful and quick questions help me to regulate myself. It helped me to feel safe to feel my feelings and comfort myself.

Response from developer

We are very happy for you AP.

Made everything worse

So this “works” by reminding you of everything you’ve lost and can never have again. Magnifying your isolation. Gee thanks. Deleting the app did feel kinda good for a second though.

Y’all are funny. You’re missing 5he concept of degree here. I know the theory. But being plunged unprepared into a near suicidal depression from one exercise is not my idea of progress. Maybe it works better under supervision. But I still doubt anyone who is completely alone can benefit from this.

Response from developer

Dear Client, We are sorry that you experienced negative feelings. It’s a part of the process actually. Try finding out more about this technique by Googling “Self-Parenting”. It’s a well known and very efficient way of coping with trauma.
