Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: PTSD Keys at 5.0 against Self's 4.3. PTSD Keys also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). Self's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
