Not friendly usability at all
When I load money and I have automated package renewal, if I don’t double check it, it will take money on phone calls and when I am back I need to add extra money ey. Like you need this tricky snicky ways to get money out of us. Unacceptable.

I downloaded the app to use with my German prepaid plan, but I can’t associate my account with my phone number via the app and the app language is only in Greek.

Since 2026 and don’t have yet Dark mode is hard to see if smn have a problem.

Very bad app. No matter how many times i try to sign in even with correct info it blocks my account. This needs to be fixed.

Can’t login
I have tried to login using my credentials and it’s not recognising my account whereas when I login from the website I have no problem. 🤦
Can’t change language
Can’t change to English !

While registering it changed the language to Greek with absolutely no way to change it without carrying on what isn’t possible when you don’t know the language, was fine one minute all English next page all Greek
