I can login on the website so know my account details are correct but can not login to this no matter what I do

Have it installed but cannot get into my account because my phone is set to US. Yet another app created by bureaucratic German micromanagers.
!! To recharge your CallYa without this stupid app (for Germany) go to https://www.vodafone.de, create an account or log in, click on user icon -> My Vodafone, scroll down to “Jetzt aufladen”, and do it through that form.
Alternatively, one can add the contract to the account, but it requires some number that is in the PW locked PDF that was received at the beginning.
But frankly, the easiest for Germany visitors is to go to a Kiosk/Späti that sells Al Yildiz cards, because they give a damn about your identification.

Financial extortion instead of correcting my own mistakes.
I am in Canada. Since 2023, I have been trying to remotely save and restore my subscription number, which has been used since 2004. I have submitted at least 9 official applications , twice purchased eSIM profiles at my own expense. Due to complete disregard from Vodafone support and technical support, I was never provided with the service. In 2026, I tried again, but the company deactivated the number, independently transferred it to the expensive category ("ULTRA silver") and now cynically demands more than 1000 UAH for its return (they put forward the condition of buying a new package for 450 UAH and replenishing it for 650 UAH).

When I load money and I have automated package renewal, if I don’t double check it, it will take money on phone calls and when I am back I need to add extra money ey. Like you need this tricky snicky ways to get money out of us. Unacceptable.
