Not working
My water company CCWS asked us to use this app and I can’t even get past the registration screen. Tried on multiple devices and still not working properly.
Data hardly updates
Several days often go by without data updating.
Disappointed
I’ve tried multiple times to register. Called my utility company they can’t seem to help or figure out how to fix this issue. My bill has gone up dramatically the past couple of months. I should be allowed access to view my water consumption. So disappointed with this app and the City of Odessa.

I was able in the past to go the My Water Advisor website, but it never loads.
What happened to the availability of getting the information users need and want.

Somehow I was completely logged out of my account. Tried numerous times trying to login/ reset password. Getting responses like my email is not valid or this account is not valid. Checked with my local water utility provider.

This app blows
I can’t even sign up the app has bugs and it worthless trying to sign up. The final confirm button doesn’t work and both g happens. Great job for nothing.
Works great except
This app is great for checking to see if you have water leaks while traveling that could run up an expensive water bill. I use it often. Just wish I could make the alerts work. I have tried several times setting up the alerts, but I don’t get one when the water usage goes past the setting. Otherwise it would be a 5star.

It’s 1500 in Texas on Monday, March 10, 2025. According to the app, I haven’t used any water in my home since last Saturday at noon. I’ve been waiting for it to update and even turned off my telephone for 10 minutes and still it has not updated.
Doesn’t really give anything helpful
All daily data is too late to be useful. Can’t compare monthly usage year to year, only goes to 11 complete months.
Bad website
This website doesn’t work on the phone or the computer. So far it’s a waste of time.
Doesn’t Work on IPad and Poor on iPhone
Doesn’t work on IPad and barely works on iPhone. Very disappointed - daily usage bars not legible or wrong. The monthly usage graph is useful but that’s about it.
Can’t get past registration
Ive put in my account # and name and email, when I try to create a password and repeat it, there is no button for “next” and the app won’t register. Useless!!!
Not Worth the Effort of Installing
My water provider chose this app for the customers. It rarely works, often showing only monthly usage. I haven’t been able to access daily or hourly for quite some time. Don’t waste your time installing this app!!

Finally an App that gives me visibility into my water usage!
I just became aware of this app and it really helps me understand my water usage! I would love the ability to export my historical data. Also, I hope the developers provide Home Assistant support. This is the perfect fit for that platform.
Useless app
This app rarely works. When it does work the numbers are all over the place. I am not sure why a town would pay to offer this app as a “perk” to its citizens. I’d be embarrassed to be the one who selected it

Bad app
This is probably the worst app. Can’t find information about usage most of the time. As most users have said, it has some real problems.
I’ve tried to use just website , not app. When website was introduced,it was great. Need to get better tech support.

I had all my correct account info and the app said it couldn’t find anything
