Not working
My water company CCWS asked us to use this app and I can’t even get past the registration screen. Tried on multiple devices and still not working properly.
Data hardly updates
Several days often go by without data updating.
Disappointed
I’ve tried multiple times to register. Called my utility company they can’t seem to help or figure out how to fix this issue. My bill has gone up dramatically the past couple of months. I should be allowed access to view my water consumption. So disappointed with this app and the City of Odessa.
Not much information
This app doesn’t show much. Unable to find/get specific dates information. Can’t compare to past years usage.
I was able in the past to go the My Water Advisor website, but it never loads.
What happened to the availability of getting the information users need and want.

Somehow I was completely logged out of my account. Tried numerous times trying to login/ reset password. Getting responses like my email is not valid or this account is not valid. Checked with my local water utility provider.

This app blows
I can’t even sign up the app has bugs and it worthless trying to sign up. The final confirm button doesn’t work and both g happens. Great job for nothing.
