What a waste of time
The app is so restrictive and ridiculous. It picks doctor’s offices nowhere near your location and won’t let you just get an appointment with anyone. Fix it!

The Worst Medical Facility
They canceled my appointment last minute and said it take three months for a follow up appointment to be rescheduled. Never will I come here again, they don’t prioritize patients care and you have to work around their schedule.
Great treatment by staff at ACPNY
I’m a working person that needs appointments scheduled after I get off and the staff here values my time by arranging my appointments for dates and times that are convenient for me. The waiting times are short as well as the check in and out process. I first came for a primary care provider and have since asked for a referral for specialist at the same location as I feel valued and appreciated as a patient.

Unprofessional and dismissive behavior
I am highly upset with ACPNY and its staff at 447 Atlantic Avenue. I was rudely accosted by a nurse for entering the waiting room “too early” my appointment was for 8:15 and I arrived at 7:50 and no staff was present including the security guard who should have told me to wait outside of the office area. In brief, I also requested that the PCP office provide me my graduate school’s physical forms in a timely manner and here it is over 3 weeks later (I was told originally that it would take 7-10 days) that was March 27th and the office still hasn’t filled out the forms or faxed it to the school as I requested and they stated that they would. It is now April 24th and the physical forms are still pending, as in, the nurses have not filled out the forms and the doctor has not signed the forms, and it is well over 10 days!
Totally unacceptable when the doctor was made aware of the situation regarding the school’s deadlines.

Leaving the office
Upon leaving my appointment with dr. Weber. The info had been submitted in the computer for the head desk to give to the patients. Instead of doing her job, she would rather ask 500 questions. Like i know word for word what the dr. Said. Apparently she was having a bad morning. Needless to say i will be in search for a new primary dr.

Extremely Convenient
The system is designed for simplicity and efficiency. I don’t have to see my physician unless it’s an emergency or an annual check up. Refills are at a tap of the screen and short trip to the pharmacy. I’m amazed!!!!!
