Logging in
I have tried multiple different ways to login “EMAIL/PASSWORD” over several months now I’m going to give up.
Someone please work on this issue it’s frustrating and it let the brand down.

Good, not great.
1. It’s very annoying that everything I open the app I have to re-login, I log in close the app and immediately re open the app and I have been logged out.
2. I’ve made an order and I can’t see an estimated delivery, it just says “Order Satus - Processing”

Navigation is poor
The app used to work fine but recently tried to use it a couple of times recently and the navigation is terrible. Picked a brand or discipline and then you can’t pick another thing without closing the app and starting again. The website is ok but the app is not
App works , pay options limited, no Apple Pay
As a previous person has said the app is very limited and you have to use the website.
The pay options are limited just to card number entry so you can’t even pay with Apple Pay or PayPal or another means.

Amazed that your shop in Wroxham does not open until 9.30 Mon to Weds.,is this an ongoing thing.
Tried to get 2 umbrellas the same at Aylsham Road,only one in stock.
I’m hoping that your shop will open earlier during the summer months or people will go to the shop down the road.

Great Idea if it Worked
Great intentions. App to make life easier and identify MyAd discounts is just what I need.
Unfortunately we have an app that’s a nightmare to use, it’s full of glitches and 9/10 simply doesn’t work so u have to make purchases via the online store instead.

Where do I start.
1. It feels invasive by asking you to turn Bluetooth on
2. It feels invasive by requiring me to add my credit card details
3. It asks me to fill in all my details twice, one for delivery address and then again for my billing address. No option to copy.
4. It just leaves me with a HARD SELL type vibe. It’s a hobby for heavens sake . Deleted forever.
No option to pay anonymously

Can be so much better
Why is the search engine different from the website, and why can I not zoom in on the pictures.
Unable to sign in
I’m having a continuous problem with signing in, I type in my login and password and then I’m met with a blank screen, until I click on something else and then go back to the barcode page and then it tells me to log in again. Which again I’m met with a blank page.
Using this app is like pissing against the wind….
The use the app to make an order was an absolute nightmare
My personal details, email & addresses are repeatedly deleted and are a PitA to enter each time I want to look at my recent order
It’s buggy and often crashes,
It crashes every time I try to re-enter the details it deletes which is need to purchase and add to the cart…
My advice would be to just add stuff to the wish list and use that as a reference when you’re on the website…
But on the other hand, one stuff is in the wish list you can’t tap on it for details… or just shop elsewhere 🤷🏻♂️

Needs work
Nice to have an app however whenever I come to pay it always comes up with an internal error message so I have to log on to the website anyway and biometrics would be nice or just keep us logged in
Cant even log in
Terrible app, disappointed cant check my ad prices without logging in and when i enter my details it just goes to a blank screen and nothing happens

OK it’s an App. It’s not the best App and I don’t shop for fishing tackle often enough to warrant having it installed, so it’s barely worth the clutter on the phone screen.
But the reason it’s being binned is because it uses Bluetooth enhanced geolocation, purportedly to help locate my nearest store - that’s rubbish! Bluetooth locates you with an accuracy of better than 50feet, and there’s no way AD need to know where I am with that level of detail (except to sell the info) and if I lived 50 ft from a store I think I’d know! I can’t see any reason to be tracked when buying fishing tackle.
So, intrusive and unnecessary. I’ll stick to the website (protected by my VPN) in future.

Broken Since Update.
Hopefully this will get fixed soon, the app won’t open fully (locks up) since the update.
Just crashes
Since the latest update on IOS the app just crashes. Can you sort it out asap as u really enjoy this app.
