Why submit a request when it’s merely CLOSED after a few days or sometimes over a week?
Drive by our beautiful new Post Office and check out the sign by the outside collection box. It’s overgrown with weeds. The USPS doesn’t seem to care. The City of Allen doesn’t seem to care as well.

Wish this city was as diligent about this useless app like their rules about trash and recycle collection. Total junk.
Tickets are being closed without mentioning any details.
My requests are closed without fixing anything. I called city got to know they working on it. And app mark it closed as its assigned to a person.

Terrible
Not user friendly. There appears to be no way to delete a request. I have to put my address in every time. Ridiculous poor quality for an app that is supposed to be used to schedule city services.
Support is not useful
I reported an issue that when I typed in my address that my input is not visible, since it seems the text color used is white on white box. the response I got was that is not an APP issue and they don’t handle city issues. I would think I know the difference. Why bother allowing user to provide feedback since they failed to test it.
