App is Awful
The app is useless. You try to sign in on the app, it asks for a code sent via email. Enter the code and it asks to reopen app! Do all those steps then end with a blank screen. Why even have an app? Do everything on the website. Come on, tech department, do better!
Works just Fine
The app does exactly what it’s intended to do. It’s a dashboard for your current agreement with Apprisen and breakdowns each creditor and how much is owed and what Apprisen’s current status is with an agreement per each creditor. Like all other apps, it prompts you to receive a code via email or text before logging in with your username and password since we now live in a world where our information is always trying to be hacked. I think that Apprisen makes you contact them by phone or email to change anything on your profile because of the agreement you signed when accepting their offer to help you.

App is AWFUL
They clearly don’t invest in making this convenient for their customers. App is a waste, you have to sign in online, on a webpage that is not configured for mobile viewing, then it takes you to the app. You cant change your address on the app. You can’t really do a lot besides check your progress. I like Aprisen as a service, but they are technologically stuck in the 1990s.

Don’t bother
App is defective. You can’t sign in. Regardless of whether or not you know your password - the App tells you it’s wrong and then sends an email verification code - but only after you tell it to send another one because it takes 20 minutes to get the first one! You enter the code, it says you are verified and then returns you to the screen where it tells you you need verified again.
If you leave the app for any reason, when you return the screen is blank.
Kinda makes you rethink using them for debt management doesn’t it.
