This app
This app is absolutely horrible. It’s great for finding products and never having to see a sales rep. But I never know when new products are available.
This app consistently has bugs, I can’t see my custom shopping list with all my products, I have to go alphabetical just to see all the products that I carry.
This app is glitchy and sensitive. One miss click and you’ve added all your products to the truck. Now you have to restart and try again.
This app has pros but the cons vastly outweigh them.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Owner’s perspective
What is the point of giving me electronic invoice if it does not include product UPC and or reorder numbers. You allow is to search with them but cant put them on the PDF…
It is an awful app!!!
What happened to this app? It used to work fine. Now for the last two months or more, regardless what device I’m on, with current version of the app, it logs you out of the app every single time you tab out of bees. I order less through my vendors now because of the issues with this app. And no one seems to care???

Helpful App, Has Improved
App has gotten a lot faster and easier to use with recent versions.
TOO MANY POPUPS
All I want to do is put in my order and I get 3-4 popups before I can add the first beer. There’s a dedicated promotions section, LEAVE IT THERE.
No UPC on Invoice
For all the effort they’ve put into it, it was incredibly easy to add UPCs to these invoices. I don’t understand their reasoning behind not doing so.
Didn’t work
This app used to work great a year ago and now it won’t let me add anything to my cart. Customer service was unhelpful with getting me an answer. I can’t even order on mobile safari/google without it taking me to the App Store. Beyond frustrating.

Great when it works
The app takes sometimes 15 closing and reopening to get to a functioning page. My reps always say “yes it’s very glitchy and happens to us all the time”. For the largest beer distributor in USA, this should be better.

I’m done! 3 weeks ago if doubled my entire order. Last week I couldn’t get anything added to my truck from the par list. This week I get the order done and I can’t send it. It won’t pull up the truck. 🤦🏻♀️🤬

Too hard to use. Hard to find products. Does not come in full screen for easier use on IPad or computer.
Utterly terrible
This app is horribly slow and constantly crashes every time you add something to the cart. Also when you add something to the cart on your recent order list it shoots up and down the page when adding somthing to the order. This has been going on for months. Please fix the app, I have no other way of ordering.

Convenient idea. Seems broken now
Can’t connect to my cart. Just keeps telling me to try again later. Can’t order anything without getting to my cart.
Needs major bug fixes
I wasted ten minutes trying to log in after registering only to watch the screen load continuously back onto the login screen
Won’t get past “business registration submitted”
It was working fine until an update few months ago. Now after every update it won’t go past “business registration submitted” screen. At the bottom it says to contact support if need help but there’s no number/email to contact support at.

I have another platform that are so easy to place an order.

No longer loads
Everything was fine until they did some kind of transition and other peoples accounts were linked to mine, and now I can’t even open the app.
Can’t check out
When on the checkout screen it’s very purple in some sections and there’s no final button to place an order.
Also, I don’t know why the basket randomly will clear out. Just keep things in the cart until I’m ready to check out and remove the out of stock items.

I liked it when it worked
This app was great when it launched but has slowly become unusable. Crashes, deleting order, buggy when it is running. Wish it was as good as it could be.
