The app refers to several programs offered, but no detailed information. There is no link to these programs, although the app briefly talks about them.

I was sent a link it didn’t work. I asked a follow up question and it was not answered.
Not very user friendly
I do not want to chat and disclose my medical information. I want a list of approved dr. Facilities. Long wait times for reply. Not helpful user

The Future of Virtual Cards
The simple act of losing your wallet can be detrimental to all facets of your life. That upcoming appointment with your new medical doctor may need to be pushed back; the appointment you waited months for- and it’s all because you lost your insurance card! This app is a lifesaver for me. I lost my vision card in March. Humana was asked to replace my card. Don’t forget that Humana is a big corporate insurance company- still never replaced that card. Now, I can access it all online and finally get my eyes re-checked, pretty important!!

A whole app just to have them tell you to find a $40 specialist for a nutritionist for health issues. What is this even for?

Mariah was quick to help and sent a detailed list of all in network Urgent Care facilities near me and online Teledocs if I wanted that option; including addresses and numbers! No more frantic googling to figure out what would be the best fit. Would definitely recommend this app.
Add additional benefit cards
This app only shows Medical ID cards. It would be a better tool to utilize if it showed a benefits summary and all ID cards for Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental plans in one place to access.
Not resourceful
It doesn’t give you the option to find your own provider. It forces you to chat with the app.
