Won’t let me create an account
I recently started looking into my benefits and since my job uses this app for look into our benefits, I was not able to create an account or even sign in to my account because it would say “something went wrong, come back later” and it was never fixed. It’s been 2 days and I still don’t know what is wrong with my log-in. It won’t explain anything and going to my HR they couldn’t figure out what is wrong with it. Why am I locked out of my own benefits? It doesn’t explain anything of what went wrong, just makes me retry and gives me the same prompt over and over again when I refresh the app, delete and reinstall it back. Nothing changed.
