Flat out does not work. Could not recommend less.

One of the worst apps
This might just be the worst app I have had to use. Crashes, odd loops in the account creation flow, poor UI. Not sure how this passed Apple’s standard for an app to be on the App Store.
Really hope there is a full revamp of this to bring it to modern standards.

App issues
The app doesn’t work well sighing in has a lot of issues and when I click on my dependents It kicks me out.
Biometric login has never worked
You have to enter username & pw every time, and every 3rd or 4th time the app requires full authentication with full name and member #. Annoying. Website works better than the app, by a fair margin.
Provider network is not up-to-date at all (in either place). Many providers listed as accepting new patients do not, and several listed as currently participating actually terminated their contracts several years ago.
Really clunky interface—it’s clear that IS&T is a very low priority for this organization.
