New app is so good
It’s so clean and intuitive! Love that my main stuff is right in the front when I log in like if I have a package or my amenity reservation is coming up. It’s nice not have to look around for stuff. Also love that I can delete my other apartment apps and only have one.
Poor UX design
For some reason, I can’t upload pictures which would be helpful as I’d like to put things up on the marketplace for my neighbors to take. The new design is not intuitive, you have to click around before finding the relevant groups to chat with neighbors
App freezes on the welcome screen
The app invited me to explore the updated version, but it won’t open properly. It only shows the welcome screen, and then nothing happens—it just freezes. I’ve tried reopening the app, but the issue persists. Please fix this.
Doesn’t Work
I’m locked out of it most of the time, unable to add payment options and I not able to pay my rent through the portal.

The app only opens half the time. Crashes the other half.

Payments, bookings, community, support, it covers it all and does each part well. Couldn't be happier.

Not user friendly
The app isn’t user friendly. Everytime I attempt to click on something, the app reroutes me back to the App Store and I have to press “open.” Once I do the tab that has been clicked on still doesn’t appears. The only tabs that work appropriately to communicate with other residents, service request, and rent payment.

Can’t log in and awful support
I try to log in with the correct email and it rejects me. I contact support with the email it gave me and what do I get? An automated reply saying I need to download ANOTHER app just to contact support. Ridiculous and awful
Steer Clear
I would not have rented my apartment had Buzzuto been the management company. They took over from the original developer. Very confusing, multiple apps, bad design, poor communications.
