Poor UX design
For some reason, I can’t upload pictures which would be helpful as I’d like to put things up on the marketplace for my neighbors to take. The new design is not intuitive, you have to click around before finding the relevant groups to chat with neighbors
App freezes on the welcome screen
The app invited me to explore the updated version, but it won’t open properly. It only shows the welcome screen, and then nothing happens—it just freezes. I’ve tried reopening the app, but the issue persists. Please fix this.
Doesn’t Work
I’m locked out of it most of the time, unable to add payment options and I not able to pay my rent through the portal.
Support is top notch
Truly, had a question about my lease and got a real answer through the app within minutes. Felt like having a front desk in my pocket.
Trash App
The app only opens half the time. Crashes the other half.
Everything a resident could want
Payments, bookings, community, support, it covers it all and does each part well. Couldn't be happier.
Doors and Guest made easy
Letting friends in and unlocking doors from my phone is something I didn’t know I needed. Can’t imagine going back

Not user friendly
The app isn’t user friendly. Everytime I attempt to click on something, the app reroutes me back to the App Store and I have to press “open.” Once I do the tab that has been clicked on still doesn’t appears. The only tabs that work appropriately to communicate with other residents, service request, and rent payment.

Can’t log in and awful support
I try to log in with the correct email and it rejects me. I contact support with the email it gave me and what do I get? An automated reply saying I need to download ANOTHER app just to contact support. Ridiculous and awful

I would not have rented my apartment had Buzzuto been the management company. They took over from the original developer. Very confusing, multiple apps, bad design, poor communications.

Painfully slow
Concept is cool. But the pages on this app are very slow to load and sometimes unresponsive
People love to hate lol
This app seems like it should make everything a lot easier once it gets rolling. Bozzuto management has been awesome so far, I feel like people are just review tanking. If this makes things easier for management, I’m happy to download a different app.
Cannot log in, completely unusable, frozen on loading screen
I literally cannot log in to this app, everytime that I try to it fails, and then the next time I try to open the app it completely freezes. I can only make it stop freezing by deleting it and redownloading it. And after all that I still can’t log in.
Why do I have to pay my rent in a wannabe social media app?
Bozzuto had a perfectly function website but now they are making us switch to this app which in terms of UI is geared towards social connections with the ability to pay rent hidden in the settings!! Being able to pay rent is the main thing for this portal to be able to do!
Terrible
Terrible user experience. Critical functions are difficult to use and confusing. The rent payment is showing two different confusing charges. I liked the old app better and used that to pay rent
App is terrible - no luck getting any space booked
Cannot get any space while booking events in this app. Might as well just kept the old one.
