This app saved my life, my key batter died I accidentally locked myself out of my car. Remembered that I can lock and unlock my car through the app.
Takes too long
It takes my SUV way too long to start when trying to start it from the app. As a matter of fact, it takes too long for any input to connect to my SUV. That includes locking, and unlocking the doors. They really need to speed up the time it takes to for your car to receive the commands.
Cost too much
The price steadily increases. At first we enjoyed the app for less cost. Know it cost more money with basic features. Over the 10 years I've paid to much for this service. I'm not paying $49.99 a month! I barely use the basic features or the dang WiFi.I have a cell phone.
Vehicle status
I bought my Buick Encore GX ST June 2nd and my vehicle status for my fuel, tires etc is not synchronizing from my car to the app correctly. Please fix ASAP.

I love that I can start my car from my phone but I do not love the fact that the app halfway works most of the time. I’m paying $43 a month and I only get to HALF use my app. This is NOT acceptable and I think Buick needs to revise the app.
New Features
Don’t like some of the new features. The Start button and a few other things just seem hard to figure out at 1st and to easy for a kid to Start your vehicle.

Terrible all around. WiFi that we purchased goes in and out of working. The MyBuick application picks and chooses when to not error out when turning the car on.

The latest update to this app is terrible. I can’t ever tell if I’ve pushed the power button long enough to turn on my car! So o end up turning it on and off 50 times. Stupid. I miss the press and hold easy button. Wish I could revert back

So useful! When I forget to use my fob to lock up instead of having to trudge up and down the stairs again, just grab my phone! Being able to check my fuel level and analytics, and START FROM MY PHONE…… ANYWHERE:Priceless !!!! Love it⭐️x5!

App works great love the app features but I do not recommend the gm insurance I checked out there quote just to see and I have received hundreds of calls from different companies totally ridiculous and I cannot get it to stop so I will probably end up changing my phone number so I do not recommend there insurance not even a quote big mistake
