I love my view envision. But sometimes my stereo cuts out that’s the only problem.

Used to love the app
This app was great for the first 9 months I had my new Enclave. It will no longer connect to my vehicle. I've updated the app, removed it and reinstalled. Disappointed.

Sign up issue
I was on the fence about getting the OnStar service and this app but they made it an easy decision not to because it won’t move beyond the first page. If they don’t want my money enough to get that right then why would I ever expect them to maintain it for my use. I can’t even sign up to start anything.

It did not reset my oil usage when i had my oil change and would not start my Buick when i was 20 ft away??
Service safety system alarm constant
Each time I take my grandchildren with me and sometimes when I’m alone, I hear audible alarm’s and the message ‘Service safety system immeduately’ sometimes with an airbag symbol showing. Currently it’s in the shop as I feel it is unsafe to drive. General Motors is aware of the issue as this is not an isolated issue but has no fix. So here I sit paying a a healthy monthly payment for a vehicle I can’t safely drive

Never lose your car in a parking garage again!
This app has saved me while I’ve been out of town and forgot where I parked my car. It gives me all the info I need, from how much gas I have, any needed maintenance to the set temp in my car. Everything is easily accessible and simple to navigate. Perfect app. 10/10
Worse app ever
I have a Ford and Dodge and this is the only app that asks for money in order to do simple things like unlock or start your car. Money grab that’s all this is. Horrible service from a brand that’s supposed to take care of their costumers.
Location Refresh Not Working
When you try to refresh location in this case after 30 mins the button does nothing and does not refresh location. All it does is flash. Closing app does not fix it. Happened since last update.
Envista preferred 2026
Really disappointed with the options offered. No garage opening button, no dual zone, automatic windows down but not up, not even available in the Avenir model.

Works well but always changing
Great app and super useful. The take rate on commands is 9/10 so it’s pretty reliable for remote lock/unlock, etc. my only gripe is how often things get moved around and broken. The UI seems to be changed at least once every few months and then some link or part of the app gets broken.

It is great being able to remotely start the car to get the A/C going before I get to the car in the summer and the heater in the winter

I like the better the old app you could check mileage and how well you got gas mileage. Go back to showing more about gas mileage.

The full screen advertisements are unacceptable for a service I am already overpaying for.
