Buick Enclave Avenir
So far we are loving our Buick. It’s been a long time since we have had such a nice vehicle. Comes with lots of bells and whistles. My husband has severe back problems and usually cannot ride 30-50 miles before he has to get out due to the pain. We made an 800 miles before trip and he made it there and almost halfway back before his back started to hurt. Love it.

It's gone downhill
Every update makes the app less user-friendly and ensures information you want to find is buried under another three layers. I'm not sure who is leading these changes, but they took a great app that made remote start and vehicle management easy to a clunky, confusing, borderline unusable app that makes me like my car less. And, to top it off, the remote start takes longer and is less accessible to tell it's loading. Really really poor experience.

Gives wrong location off car ever since the update..
App sucks now
We liked the app the way it was. Then they added where your car is tracking you constantly. We have no idea where the info is going and to who. It will stay deleted. Thanks for screwing up a nice app.

You changed the app and now it sucks! It is terrible! Bring back the old app!

A lot of great options like Super Cruise and the 30 inch screen. My only issue is blind spots on left and right

This most recent update is terrible. I can no longer clearly see my car’s location. Please revert back to the old version!!

As an owner of 57 cars in my lifetime, I wanted to let Buick know that the Buick Enclave is the finest automobile I’ve ever had. My wife and I really enjoy the vehicle, for its appearance, performance and reliability. I give it five out of five stars. I have the big serviced At Burns Chevrolet Cadillac in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Whatever they’ve done to the vehicle has always been amazing.

Tracking where I go
The app was great until they added the map and tracking features. I will be deleting it. We’re being tracked enough in society as it is. Being lied to about what it’s being used for constantly. No thanks.
Too many failed starts and lock.
It use to be the best app when I had my GMC. Now I have the Buick and the app is working only 50 percent of the time. It’s 100 degrees the last few months and I have to get in a hot car when the app don’t work because the key don’t go that far when you use it for remote smart inside buildings.
Auto start
I didn’t realize that there was a remote start button in the My Buick app. We wondered what the noise was in our garage. Here the car was running for - I don’t know how long. There should be some type of control or label or word that tells you what the buttons are for. Not safe to breathe carbon monoxide!!!
