If you’re active duty in the military, I’m surprised this isn’t widely promoted. I’ve been in the military for 18 years and have never heard of this app or the exceptional customer service it provides. It’s far superior to any service I’ve encountered in the states. This should be disseminated through NAVADMIN. I’ve received the best medical treatment of my career through this app. The answer phone staff take care of you promptly, especially the Singapore-based team. They put you on hold and immediately within 5 minutes, authorization and referrals are approved. I strongly advise leadership to make this available to all service members immediately.

you can only set appointment reminders if you have a referral, you can only find civilian offices and contacts for doctors, and you cannot see past appointments. this app is useless if youre military unless you have a referral. deleting after this review.
Notifications on IPhone
The app is useful as far as keeping up with appointments. However, it says I have a notification on the badge but when I go into the application nothing is there. The number 1 has been there for months unless I delete the app and reinstall it.
Not worth it
No direct access to any information. Just links to actual TOP website. No claims access or ability to submit one, nor any coverage information from this app.

This app is supposed to make it easily to help people over seas get the benefits/care they need yet it works like garbage. Bugs in the app keep me from finding a health care provider in the country I need.
Great Functionality and Responsiveness
Since using this app, I can easily see the referrals for myself and my spouse. The chat and the whole ISOS team have been phenomenal. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and fast-acting. The only issue I have had is the UI is sometimes too big and I cannot scroll to select an option or cancel out of my current window. Outside of that, 10/10.

Horrible app… just call
Tedious to navigate, authorizations aren’t labeled you have to download and open it to know which auth is which, crashes constantly, chat will glitch more often than not and you cannot receive messages. Stop wasting tax payer money on this and just point people to the phone line.

I downloaded the app because I needed my referral documentation last minute. I was skeptical at first since Ive always had to login via my military email, but it worked great and got me my medical equipment i needed!
Ghastly design. Typical govt useless app
Horrible horrible design. If you already have an online account with Tricare Overseas, you are blocked from creating an account on the app because it says you already have a different account. Even though you verify your name, birthday & SSN which it compares with DEERS, it blocks you from creating an account. Seriously guys? You are unable to figure this out? What a worthless app.

Hot garbage
The website didn’t work so I downloaded the app. It doesn’t work. I can register and log on to a white screen. Every time. It’s useless. Has to call tricare directly because the app doesn’t work.
It doesn’t work
I’ve been trying to get this app to work for at least a month now. It finally let me register, but when I sign in I just get a white screen and then it tells me it can’t access the server.

Never Works
Never lets you see or open anything after logging in. Tried faster internet as well as deleting the app and re-downloading. Always get a 404 Error
Does more harm than good
This app does nothing. No referrals, no appointment, no documentation. Another useless app that the government paid for.

Great resource
I don’t know who is rating this app so low but I’m finding it a great resource when traveling overseas, at the very least it has the SOS number in the app to call when sick. I gave it a four star because there is room for improvement.
Doesn’t work
I continuously keep trying to set up my account, but is doesn’t take me to the next step once I enter new user, and password. Once I click the register button I fill in my information and it take me to “account active” I then enter the information requested and nothing it freezes and it stays on the page. Please resolve! I like to take advantage of using this app since it can be handy when checking online medical records as well other medical important information.

Doesn’t work
The loading screen just spins forever, never actually works. Why does the government pay people to do these things and never hold them accountable when they are failures? Military apps are awful!
Received Support
I was having issues registering my MyCare Account. MyCare Support noticed that and sent me instructions that made it happen. Have not yet had opportunity to use the MyCare Overseas App, but when needed it could not have happened without the support team at MyCare.
