What happened
Not sure what happened to this company. Customer service was amazing... now when you attempt to contact them... the number your given goes to a call center or just to a voice message system. What happened to guys?
Not impressed so far...
So this Caref GPS watch was an early Christmas present for my daughter, and after following all the instructions, if it continues to show her location in the middle of China! Problem is... we live in Arizona! I have had some email contact from customer support but after several days still no resolutions. People should know this watch does cost $10 a month minimum to provide location and messaging through this APP. Overall the app seems pretty neat- it's the hardware problem that is causing my low rating.

Caref kids watch
When I purchased the watch in September, it worked as described and provided location updates throughout the day at 10 minute intervals. I could see where the watch had traveled using the iPhone app. Now the watch only works when your limited number of emergency locates are used. Do not buy this watch unless this issue is resolved. The watch is borderline useless at this point.

The watch seems to be working properly again. Location history appears to be updating every 10 minutes as intended. I've upgraded my rating to 3 stars since it works well when it's functioning properly.

Horrible!
I bought this watch for my daughters birthday. The first watch, screen didn't work, received replacement in 3 days! Second watch, would not connect to satellite for tracking. Received third watch in 3 business days. Third watch, tracked great for the first day. But now won't track unless I do an emergency locate. Mind you this watch is supposed to update location every 10 min! I'm not even receiving notifications that she has left the geo fence!
Upside I can call her and she can call me! Plus I can text her! This is the only thing on this product I haven't had trouble with! With all that said I don't recommend this product! Hope someone comes out with better tech soon!
