Hard to login
This app kicks me off 3-4 times every time I attempt to log in my hours. Extremely frustrating. Once logged in, it works ok. Update it so lists the day of the week as well as the date.

Keeps sending codes because the first code doesn’t work. So once it resends you are kicked out.
Works great if you can get into system by way of app. What a joke. Then you need to log out of prior session, that never logged in. Then resend and etc. on and on.

APP IS SUPER TRASH.!!! CAN’T LOGIN, CAN’T DO ANYTHING. IT’S JUST A WASTE OF A DOWNLOAD AND A WASTE OF SPACE/STORAGE. THEY SHOULD FIX IT COMPLETELY OR JUST TAKE IT OFF THE APP STORE. I GAVE IT 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO RATE IT TO LEAVE A REVIEW. I RATE IT 1 MIDDLE FINGER.!!!

Sometimes app doesn’t work. Sometimes unable to put pin in. Awful app

Doesn’t work more than half the time - calendar function doesn’t recognize any actions including clicking on date or moving to prior month! That’s in addition to no PW memory, Face ID or remember device function. Have to enter pw wait for email with PIN before signing in … then it doesn’t work anyway.

This is my FIRST NEGATIVE review. I’ve never had a bad experience when calling the home help line until today. Two out of three ladies told me there is nothing to be done about a technical issue with the myCareVisit app on my phone. The other lady was super nice and helpful, however, she put the wrong name in for my call back. Right reference number, wrong name. So disappointed with you guys

Can be improved
The app is great to have on the phone for convenience however, I cannot save my password and have to enter my info every time to login, and check my email for a pin, then go back and enter it, accept the agreement term of privacy every time. I need to login everyday to enter my services. One more thing is my paycheck I cannot see any information about it being submitted or not.
Please improve the app, it is wonderful to have but isn’t complete.

This app is trash I will continue to use my computer to submit logs.. this app always says try again later when you try to log in what a waste..
Fix
This app is bull it’s never working or i can’t LOGIN AND IS INCONVENIENT AND MAKES MY MOMS CHECK LATE! This needs to be fixed ASAP OK!! On top of i never letting me log in and always have to put in a different pin

Needs serious updates and fixes, it would be down for days and weeks, i can never log in when i need to submit my logs!! Please do better

This app is horrible!! My checks are constantly delayed due to the issues with the app! The reps never have an answer to resolve the matter either! It’s like nobody knows how to trouble shoot the app for me! Or even answer any questions I’ve asked about why it is so messed up all the time! Please fix these bugs we are hard working people! I been taking care of my disabled mother so much I can’t get a full time job and the small check I get really helps!!

I have to make a new password every time I login. This is the email you'll receive, "Every time you login to the application, you will need to enter a PIN as an additional security measure.
Please use the following PIN when you login to the mobile application" and Its to much to do everyday, so I checked with my case worker and it's okay for me just to login biweekly. instead of everyday besides that it's a pretty fair app.
