Temperamental Connection

Takes forever to connect and is very laggy. Never connects when my partner tries to use it. Good gate controller but wish the app was faster and more reliable

Worst product I have ever used

D3 smart gate is complete trash now on my 2nd replacement now it won’t allow any changes. Factory reset doesn’t work. Can’t add or remove remotes. My existing remote also stopped working after 2 weeks.

Upgrade Firmware takes ages

Upgrading from MyCentsys to MyCentsys Pro on my Smartphone and so far has taken over an hour. Can’t use our gate remotes and I’m getting concerned. Wish I’d never started the process

Dreadful, unstable app

This app is terrible. It is unstable, unreliable and requires a slow, clunky re-connection process every time you want to trigger the motor. One star is too generous.
