A bit delay
It is so handy but the app does not connect to the system immediately. There is a delay.
WiFi?
Good app, but only Bluetooth, can’t use it on phone from other locations, ie overseas or from work etc

Good app, but needs a little more work. App feels and looks a bit “old” but functional.
App fairly user friendly. Does not work with HomeKit which is a pity.
Creating shortcuts is extremely temperamental and in most days don’t work.
CarPlay integration is good and works well, but the garage door opening only works in certain cars and is variable if the door is closed.
Opening the garage door with the app works most days, closing works well.

Life made easy
I love the D5 Smart. It’s made our lives that much easier and secure. I have nothing else to say other than it’s an amazing device.

Latest Update
This latest update has all but made this app useless. Not sure what happened but ever since I updated, and I’m parked directly in front of the gate and trying to open it, pressing ‘Open/Close’ nothing is happening.
Latest update has broken something
The last est update means the app takes forever to load - if not on wifi the app doesn’t load at all.
This is a safety issue and not expected from Centsys.

I’m struggling to find user documentation for the MyCentsys a remote app. All the documentation that I’ve located seems to be installer centric?

I like this App and the CarPlay function but sadly the Geo Actions don’t work

Love it…. How ever…. To make it better:
- in stead of “running” let’s do “OPENING” or “CLOSING”
- and let’s get Apple or other smart watch controlling
- and all admin controls should be done through the app and not via computer

Feedback
It would be very good to access the ‘open’ button straight away rather than having to click the name of the school button first. Just to make it faster. Our gate is right off the road and sometimes we have cars queuing behind us. Thanks
