Unprofessional & Unsafe
I strongly advise against staying at this property. My experience was deeply unprofessional and unsafe.
The living conditions did not meet the standards advertised; the rooms were poorly maintained, and shared spaces were consistently unclean.
Furthermore, the property had an ongoing cockroach infestation that went unaddressed despite being brought to the attention of management by multiple tenants.
When tenants attempted to communicate basic requests or maintenance issues, the "Barcelona Admin" responded to everyone with hostility, unprofessional language, and threats to block them.
The management’s own communications show an irrational and aggressive response to simple inquiries.
While I maintained a respectful and professional tone, I was met with retaliatory threats and the targeted termination of my contract.
The management's behavior toward tenants was coercive and disrespectful, clearly misusing power to silence concerns. Do not expect a professional or sanitary experience here.

From my first experience with Mycolive, I can say that it was one of the best The room I rented was completely clean and the real estate consultant treated us very well and solved any problem as soon as possible. On the last day of my rent, I did not have a home for one night, and they let me stay in my room without paying, and this shows their kindness and generosity. And thank you very much for helping me and recommending to anyone who is looking for a good house to rent with excellent service

A great app that made the communication between resident and landlord seamless. Able to directly contact anyone i needed to with regard to my apartment, both landlord and other residents, without multiple whatsapp groups or any other myriad of messenger apps.
