It doesn’t work: mostly blank, totally unresponsive screen
App crashes all the time
This is a very useful app but it crashes in about 60 seconds every time I use it so if I don’t fill out the form fast enough I have to start over. The web version actually works much better and doesn’t ever crash.

Great idea, but not helpful
The app is functionally just ok, very slow. The worst part about the app is that, in my experience, the likelihood of your submitted issue actually being reviewed much less resolved is close to zero. It’s just another alternative to your phone call or email to city staff falling directly into a black hole.
