Worst app I’ve ever used
This app is so bad that it makes me wonder if the company is legit. I feel like I’m taking a risk with identity theft every time I use it. How can an app be legit and be this bad?!
Need to update ASAP
I as a tech savvy individual found this app confusing and not really helpful. I should be able to see the bank account information I add (at least the last 4 of the account number) so when I submit a payment I’m not guessing what account is connected, also, the payment attachment is CSV or something it should be a PDF because the link is broken and takes you to Indeed instead of a file to see payments, also, there should be a debit card payment option or even cash payment option where you can pay in store.
Just to wrap this up. This is one of the lowest tech proficient apps I’ve used in a long time, the layout looks simple but is still complicated to the point I had to call in and the rep didn’t even know the buttons to push to get the information I needed.

Worst App Ever
Words cannot express my frustration and dismay at how much of a nightmare this app is. Stay away at all costs.
Extremely slow
This is is so slow doesn’t matter what device your on it’s slow and honestly I think it’s dumb that you can’t pay you car payment with your credit kind of dumb if you ask me not only that theres not an option for immediate payments instead it’s the next business day then your going to complain when you don’t get your money on time make this make sense you guys seriously need to reconsider your whole system

Terrible App, Decent Customer Service
This has got to be the worst app I've ever used. The old app worked perfectly & this one constantly can't find my loan, won't let me login, sends me to other apps and doesn't register Im trying to sign in. Pretty much if I ever want to log in I have to call customer service. Theyre usually pretty helpful, but just to check my balance can take 20-30 minutes...

i tried to login the application says unable to find what the hell i put my exact social my email my name if i dont know my social or my name who knows they just know how much they want interest

I’ve dealt with the same bs for the last four months. I don’t understand how they collect money from people yet don’t care to fix their glitches and issues so it’s easier for ppl to pay! Simplify the process. 1 star should tell you your app sucks and you need to fix it.

The app is terrible I can never log-in, make changes to my account. I have call them for them to do everything. Time to switch to another company.

An absolute joke of a finance company, a mess and a hassle every month when I tried to pay my bill. I Jumped at the opportunity when another lender called and offered to refinance my loan with them.

These people make it impossible for you to pay your bill by giving you a POS app that does not work. I can’t begin to explain how annoying these people and the app are to deal with

Not only does the app consistently sign you out after everything it doesn’t show if you made your payment or not and makes you completely re enter bank and card information pain in the ahhhh

This app is absolute garbage. Always unable to log on or unable to make payments due to unknown reasons. They are always going through outages. It’s just complete nonsense.
You should update your app
I need more options to choose my payment contribution toward the principal, not only just monthly payments

Their website does have an account for me and does have my car on that account… It doesn’t have my loan linked to my account or my car and can’t find it in order to link It.
So I figured I would try the app. It’s also terrible. I can’t even get past the login screen. It says it sent a “Forgot my password”. Email to my email address. It didn’t.
This company and every portal to access it is absolutely terrible.
