When a task is listed in a message (eg. update something) it would help if it could be hyperlinked as trying to find the relevant info to update is confusing.

I love this app. It is so easy & to be able to access test results without going to dr again is great. I never miss a thing medically thanks to this app.

Easy to use and easy to navigate and have clear information
Federal Medicare has no idea what MyDHR is
Have had absolute hell with this app. Disturbingly if you do not know how to use the app, mass discrepancies are inputted and they really don’t like to be corrected! They will also refuse to record mandated information.
Hope OAIC, ahpra, and Medicare do an audit a day soon!

Super-quick blood test results
I am so impressed with the speed with which blood test results are posted -within hours of having blood taken. Well done to all concerned.
Not easy to navigate
I find this app one of the most difficult to navigate. It is not clear and concise.

Can’t verify my identity
Have tried to sign up twice. Get to the verification code - enter it and get message that I can’t be verified.
At last, an integrated and accurate health record!
I am delighted with this app. It provides me with administrative and clinical records associated with my various encounters with the ACT health system, allows me to see upcoming appointments, allows the information to be shared at my discretion with other health providers of my choice, and is easy to use. Congratulations to all concerned in its planning, development and implementation!

It is easy to see the results of your tests. But, only a Doctor can give you a clear understanding of these tests
Exceptional Care
The Home Care Nurses have just been outstanding. Their care and service is beyond expectations. Remarkable care, beyond words that can I can describe. They need massive recognition.
Could be more user friendly.
Messages aren’t clear as to what they mean. Rather than list information which probably makes sense to the sender, the receiver should receive information as to what the message is about, who sent it and why.
No Pathology results?
Cannot see pathology results, cannot send a message about unavailability for an appointment?

Our family is a frequent user of the MyDHR for our family’s health needs. When used properly and integrated into our extensive care team arrangements it is a life saver. Thank you and I strongly recommend its use.
Review and suggestion
Have just started using my DHR. Do find it very good and useful. Can I suggest you put in a space to add in the specialists that the person uses including the specialist contact details
