Worst service, poor management, poor network
I rarely leave reviews, but I was so angry this time that I felt compelled to write one. I have decided never to use DTDC for couriers again. I handed over the shipment on the night of Saturday, June 13th; the entire Sunday passed, and the package only left the facility on Monday, June 15th, according to what I was told. The tracking status—checked by both the recipient and me—showed a delivery date of Saturday, June 20th. Yet, even by June 22nd, the delivery hadn't arrived, despite the status showing "out for delivery." What’s more, neither the sender nor the recipient received any updates from the service provider. Expecting the delivery on June 20th, the recipient didn't leave the house for three days. In contrast, the recipient had also sent me a parcel via a different courier service on Tuesday, June 16th; in that case, both the sender and recipient received daily updates, and I actually received my parcel today. I paid ₹850 for a 2.5 kg package, whereas the parcel I received via the other service weighed 4.5 kg and cost only ₹350. DTDC is a total rip-off; they have the worst service and network.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE – SHAME ON YOU!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This app and its delivery team provide the most pathetic, unprofessional service I have ever experienced.
I scheduled a pickup for the 16th, and after waiting for FIVE DAYS, I finally had to cancel it myself because no one ever bothered to show up. Worse than the endless delay is their atrocious customer support. I raised an emergency pickup request and called multiple times. Instead of doing their jobs, the executives just fed me false hopes and flat-out refused to help. To make matters worse, they would literally leave the line open without speaking until I was forced to cut the call.
There is zero accountability, zero professionalism, and a complete disrespect for the customer's time. Shame on this team for running such an abysmal operation. Save yourself the headache and use literally any other service. This app is an absolute joke!

Very poor services
I want urgent delivery but there is no response from there customer support team I mailed them many times its a urgency but they don’t concern about the customers urgency even i issued a ticket which is complaint in there form i want my parecl to be deliver tomorrow any how and the previous time i do the fast delivery option with more money but they deliver my parcel even in 10 days what it mean to do the fast delivery and they charge a huge amount even this time why we choose your delivery to get our parcel on time na? If want and have time of 6-7 day we can parcel it from post office too so what is the benefit to use your services????

Useless
An absolutely useless application. They charge ₹100 to pick up the courier from your place over and above the courier charges. Else you drop off your packet to the nearest DTDC drop point. What’s the point of having the app? Google Maps will do a MUCH BETTER JOB of telling you which is the nearest drop point. An absolutely stupid app to have in your phone. You just open Google Maps, search for a drop-off location and personally go there to drop your envelope or just call the number given there and the guy will come and pick it up for you. Whoever thought of this app at DTDC deserves an award to creating a useless application that does not solve the real issue but ends up adding some in your life.

Horrible Irresponsible
I booked an express 1 day domestic delivery on 25th Jan, they gave the date of pickup as Jan 26th, which is republic day. I called a local dtdc to ask if they really pickup on jan26, they said they will pickup but process on jan 27th morning only. But nobody came to pickup, leisurely on jan 27th afternoon the pickup guy came and was extremely rude saying he will come when he can come and is not concerned with the pickup date given to me. Then they don’t deliver it until 29th and customer agent says what-shoul-I-do, branch misrouted it ! I tell her I booked online and she is like but it is being delivered today on 29th! Nobody takes responsibility here- it is a dysfunctional service. India Speed Post is far more reliable.
