Cannot log on, I have changed my password multiple times, unable to control my fan. Customer service cannot help. They don’t give you a remote! Would not recommend Dyson
Omits needed info
This app will tell you everything about the device except its model number. Which is critical for buying replacement filters.
Worse yet, the link the User Guide tells you to open a pdf but does not tell you where to find the pdf. Do better, Dyson

App icons
The icons on the newest app are not labelled and are not intuitive in my opinion. Nor can I find an illustration that I might refer to.

Connectivity issues
50% of the time the app and the vacuum won’t connect. The vacuum needs to be powered off and back on and then you can start a detailed clean. This process takes 5 minutes. Very frustrating.
Doesn’t pick up everything
It tends to skip picking up particles. I expected much better results. My old model Roomba does a better job. The new Roombas are not as well made as the old models either.

Junk
Dyson claim there is nothing wrong with the app when using it with robots. However schedules lose random zones in the maps, DND just doesn’t work and complete causes the robots to do nothing. The mapping of zones in the app is so inaccurate the old app did a better job without Lidar. Dyson support are useless and refuse to deal with software issues and continue to claim that the robot getting stuck causes the issues. If the robot gets stuck and wipes zones from the configured schedule that is a software issue

Doesn't respond
Sometimes it doesn't respond. App takes longer to connect air purifier machine. And it disconnects automatically after few days or weeks.
Robot cleaner
I find the Dyson does a better job of cleaning but is does get lost a bit

방이름같은 유저가 직접 입력하는 지정사항이 앱폰트가 아닌 시스템폰트로 표시가 됩니다. 앱폰트가 워낙 미려해서 상당히 만족스러웠는데요... 원래는 안이랬던거 같은데요... 아이폰이고 OS최신입니다. 수정부탁드립니다.

doesn't work
nothing shows up to add the unit to bluetooth. have tried several times using different devices but no luck. cooling unit and hot cold standing unit not able to add to blurtooth
Great products
Well these items are great; floor lamp, desk lamp and air filter. My only issue is that the lights turn off (and one upon detecting movement) automatically but that must be one of the features so in the end, 5 stars.
Works fairly well
The app should notify what the machine says. I am 2-3 rooms away and cant hear the notifications. Plus app needs to be more user friendly

Does not work for the TP1
Connection process constantly jumps to the finding device screen, then enter WiFi password. After the connection process says it pairs successfully it tells you to enter the serial manually because it can’t be read (the serial code was already entered at the beginning of the process successfully). Multiple threads on the internet complaining of the same problem.

Terrible app, not intuitive at all - now cant get my air wrap to switch on for more than 9 seconds!
Mapping Issues
As a new Dyson customer, I’ve been unable to rename rooms or edit my map from the very beginning. This makes the mapping feature largely unusable, as I can’t customise or update it to suit my home. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains. This is a disappointing first experience.

Can’t log in. Can’t get a manual for the stupid “hair dryer” I made the mistake of buying. Useless.
