App was perfect until last week when suddenly Siri Shortcuts no longer work and can’t use it to turn fan on and off. Can you fix this please?
Going backwards
Latest app design is a step backwards- has removed integration with shortcuts/siri actions on iPhone. It’s 2026 and you can’t integrate with Apple home, Siri, automations? Forcing people to only use the devices via your silly app. If you’re going to have the first tab as the shop, build it properly, not just a pop up to browse the normal website.

Lucky new update
Waited a full week for another build of the app and it would appear their AI-only team of developers still broke the functionality of Siri Shortcuts. I will drop another one star here for the small startup company, Dyson.

Latest Update Breaks iOS Shortcuts
Have had shortcuts enabled for years to have my Dyson fan turn on and off automatically during the day as well as part of other iOS Shortcuts I've built. The latest app update broke those shortcuts for me and many others.
First the garbage shop and now AI?
Why? Why do we need a link to the shop when many of your filters are regularly out of stock?
And then, why, for the love of god, WHY, would we ever need an AI assistant in this app? THIS IS SLOP. WE DO NOT NEED THIS.

Broken iOS Shorcuts - Avoid Update
As others have already stated, the latest update broke iOS Shortcuts. This build should not have passed QA. Please prioritize a fix ASAP, as this is the focal feature of this app.
No Siri Shortcuts Support
The latest release strips away integration with Shortcuts. That was pretty much the only way of making it work with Apple Home.
Update messed up iPhone shortcuts
Clearly inadequate testing. My Dyson shortcuts now no longer work.
Removed basic shortcut functionality
The last update seems to have removed the ability to simply turn purifiers off and on via shortcuts.
Siri Shortcuts Broken
As other users have noted, this update has broken Siri Shortcuts. My existing Dyson shortcuts stopped working and I have been unable to restore or replace them. Please fix ASAP
Siri Shortcuts broken
Biggest use case I have for this app is Siri Shortcuts and all of my 5+ year shortcuts now no longer work after latest update. All I can get is “there was a problem with the app” yeah, no kidding. What a wonderful error. Reinstall, relog, new shortcuts, all don’t work.
You bricked my fan
I don’t know what they did in this update, but Apple HomeKit integration no longer works, my Siri shortcuts no longer work. This fan is of no use anymore if I can’t voice control it.
New iOS app design not very useful
I have a hot & cool air purifier that I’ve had for years.
I liked the old iOS app design much better. The controls were marked & easy to understand. Information readily accessible. The new app is not very intuitive & seems bare bones compared to the old one.
I can’t get the unit to oscillate with the app anymore. Have to use the remote. Few controls with the app & not marked. Mostly the new app is best for turning the unit on & off, providing some air quality data, & hopefully tells you when to change the filter.
Overall dull interface & not very useful.

Robot vac
On my second one. First was replaced due to issue. Second one also playing up. Paid such a lot of money thinking it was a Dyson and would be great. My previous neato robot was sadly far superior and substantially cheaper
