Dyson app
The app is amazing, but I do personally think you should get a notification by the Dyson app telling you when your hoover is fully charged cause every time I check the app or the Hoover, I think it should be better if the Dyson app send me a notification telling me when the Dyson hoover is fully charged so I know I can take it off charge then it would be more safer for everything. I think that would be an amazing idea. much safer for the Hoover.

Siri Shortcuts Broken
The Siri Shortcut functionality worked well for years, but the most recent app update broke that functionality overnight. Nothing else in my setup changed - there was no iOS update, I didn’t change my wifi settings, it’s the same machine, and all my other non-Dyson Siri Shortcuts work.

Unnecessarily secure and annoying to log into. Crazy world that I have to use my phone to turn on my fan. INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENT
Don’t spend the money
We decided to spend the extra to get a Dyson when we had to replace our robot vacuum. What a joke! The vacuum is afraid of hitting the baseboards, so you wind up with an edge of filth around every room. Recently, it has started telling us the “drop sensors are obscured” about 10 times every cleaning. It can never find the dock and hides in a corner to die. Our last vacuum we could at least send out a signal to see where it had gotten lost, but no such luck with this one. This is the second Dyson vacuum we have had problems with, and we won’t be purchasing this brand again.

Ugly, uninformative new version
This new version is cluttered and ugly and not nearly as accessible and informative as the previous elegant version. This is a definite downgrade from probably some people who won in office politics

Forcing iPad users into portrait mode is borderline criminal, but now not being able to swipe between fans is just unacceptable. How on earth is it an improvement?

Dyson air purifiers are the best, with all data available on app, and buying filter is also very easy online when u email them
Broken Siri Voice Control
Something recently caused existing and new Siri voice shortcuts to break.
Absolutely disappointed totally useless
I set my Dyson fan at a desired temperature and once it reaches it the fan kicks out as expected then it all goes off and the app says fan not connected even when the temperature drops below the set temperature nothing.
I have to then use the remote to activate the fan and it continues to do the same thing.
I’m absolutely disgusted with this and wish I had never bought such a cheap rubbish machine.
You would be better off buying a panel heater and a smart plug save yourself £££ and get a far more superior product!
So glad I had only purchased the one machine as was going to put them in other rooms throughout the house, thankfully only one was available at the time.

Wi-Fi connectivity
Again yet another product not connecting to WiFi properly, PC3 and HF1. Followed procedure and still not a stable connection. My other products are ok in the same position. Your WiFi checks say my product in not compatible, what’s that about! Get your act together
Even on level 2 still loud
My dyson makes squeaky noise when at low flow. I already sent it for repair, and dyson technicians said 'it works just fine'/ shipped it back but thats not true (given I went to the store and tested a new model). It should be almost silent when running on 2. Customer support was dismissive. For a company of this reputation I would certainly expect a MUCH better customer care.
