Love it
This app helps me stay organized and on top of everything for myself and my family. With my ADHD I am very forgetful and I'm so grateful that the app generates tasks and reminders for me. I'd probably never follow up after appointments if it weren't for this app.
Can’t make appt
The option to schedule a mammogram is not available on the app. Dexa scan is only option under radiology. No other category. Tried making appt on the web. Was nearly complete but errored out when I was directed back to the app to sign in and finish the process. Glitches, confusing, unclear. Terrible app. I’ll have to call for an appointment. Like back in 1999.

It’s horrible
I don’t want to deal with AI I want a real person to talk to me. I have already had an experience with complete information not being explained to me. I had to send a message asking for clarification and they had to call me.
View test results in mobile
The app seems to be good for most part. But recently noticed it is kind of very slow in response. Sometimes it’s busy when you click on test results and keeps failing. May be server capacity is low.
Scheduling
I canceled an appointment on Sunday & got a message on Monday that it was done. I was impressed by the efficiency of the nursing staff. Thankyou.

Billing incorrectly and no one to speak to about it.
I have been dealing with the terrible billing team at eehealth for a Covid test and strep test that they charged my $1500 for and no one will talk to me when I message on the app. There is no one to sit down with in person and go see and the reps on the phone have no information they just say “pay us”. It is by far the worst system I’ve ever seen and they are robbing patients, customers and insurance departments. It’s fraud and should not be tolerated.

All you need for ado tors appointment, during and after care is provided through My Chart. It’s my go to tool for care related experience. They ar tweaking app to incorporate Apple. and google pay

Lack of capability!
I try to schedule a follow up appointment for my surgery and the system doesn’t even know my surgery or the need to have a follow up visit even through it’s in my chart created by the doctor
Excellent application
This App is very easy to dign into and use. Much prefer looking into my chart via this app. For some reason I find this app more responsive and quicker than jusy using my chart
