Does not work at all.
I have downloaded it twice and it does not load at all. Just see a spinning wheel. The links in their emails do not work either. I may have to go in person or pay by phone. Nothing works online for this company.
App Won't Load
I don't know why the app won't load. Won't even go to the Home Screen. I have to go through my Safari browser just to make a payment 🙄

Was great but all day today not accessible even through main .com account!
Trouble
I’ve never had trouble until today.. I tried to log in and it says I need to update.. when I did I can’t log in.. tried to get new id and it says I’m not a customer. Plus when I look at the information it says my electric company is in South Carolina.. I’m in Kentucky, no wonder it won’t work!!
Website login works but app doesn’t
No matter what I try, website password doesn’t work on app.

Tried it but went back to using web site on my iPad. Deleted the app.
New app
Can’t login to the new app the old password doesn’t work please fix or tell me how to get in
App update
This app has been great up until today. I’m trying to log in but it’s saying my version is not compatible. Press ok to update but then there is no updated version. Ugggghhhhh

Time For An Update....
This app DESPERATELY needs an update. As the primary method for paying my energy bill and viewing my usage graph on the go, this app needs to be updated to support modern devices. I’m worried that a software update or two will render this app incompatible. I urge Palmetto Electric to support their app development and provide a modern day tool.

Outage notification will not go away
This app worked great until I had to notify them that I had a power failure!! Now that notification will not go away even though the power has been restored for days... Very annoying!!
