Can’t even login
Bad bad. Considering this app is for a tech company, they have failed their FE and clients with this hot mess.
Trouble with makeing a account
I’m a temp service man from FieldNation I had issues with makeing a account with this buisness for a work order threw FieldNation so I am gonna have to remove the work order

Just a terrible app. Probably the worst user experience I’ve ever had with any piece of software.

Many people rely on this app to get paid. It works sometimes. We depend on this app to get paid. The app is not dependable. It is putrid, disgusting garbage. Too bad that the lowest rating is 1 star
Just don’t.
If you’ve been requested to download this app for your job scope, just decline what ever job you accepted and go find another company to do buisness with. Trust me. Not worth the headache.
Poorly made app.
Too many long standing issues with the app. Also Password reset requirements; to be changed many times a year. That is completely unnecessary. The app is so basic with very little tools, details or resources available.
Will NEVER work with company requiring this app again!
Only causes delays in you getting paid as milestones are erroneously placed for different service requests or work orders. And no one who calls you back will ever give you a close out code you need until every (not all even relevant) milestones are marked as complete. You must wait weeks for someone to realize they misrepresented which milestones were for the correct SR or WO and provide the closeout code you need to ever get paid.

Milestone
The milestone addition to the app was a very poor addition. Who ever designed this has no idea what it’s like being in the field trying to work and having to use the milestone to work a ticket. Bad addition to app.

I have been contracting with them off and on for 2 or 3 years and never had that pay problem but once on a go back for someone else that I could have gof taken care of if I had wanted to. They pay fast and it does take usually more time on chat or phone than what it should, and is aggrivateing sometimes, but overall why gripe about the time? They pay you for all your time even paperwork time. If your older and patient its easy work most of the time.

Login issues
When it works it works well. However, the past few months the Login has been problematic, and I’ve had to change my password 5 or 6 times. This is due to the “to many attempts” error. I use cut and paste to make sure the password is correct, but to no avail.
Update - After reporting this and having the problem continue I’m wondering if OnePath IT is even working on the problem. It now gives 8-9 ‘lockout’ emails for one failed attempt. And yes the failed attempt was bogus because I use copy and paste to enter the password to make sure it gets entered correctly each time. Very frustrating. The whole AP is a good idea but has been poorly tested and deployed.
Update - the AP continues to be problematic with recurring log in issues. It’s almost as if my account is being blocked. This will be my last review as posting Feedback and emails to FE engagement, talking on the phone about the issues results and in no change and no work. I’ve had several years working as an FE with OnePath with all ‘completed’ assignments.
7 May 2018 - the problem documented above has not been fixed. The feed back option in the AP does not seem to get much attention.

When it works it is great.
Today on 1 Sr it crashed 11 times. I could get a few photos uploaded then it says : Unable to save deliverables!
I love the call back feature for closing out. Beats waiting on hold.
I also love the fact I can add a appointment directly to my calendar which is synced to my wife’s phone and we are both on the same page.
They did fix a issue last week where you could not login even while onsite. It kept says I was to far away.
Even with the bugs it is better than calling up every time.
My last eat fave is being able to put the alarm system on test with a request button

Deleting reviews isn't nice
How about fix the problems with the app and stop covering it up so we can drop our fax lines. This app keeps dropping and it does not work.
Fix it
Each time I upload a photo it quits. Have to log in again and again each time. Wasting time is what it's good for.
Crashes Continually, Needs Polish
A welcome change, especially being able to submit callback requests, but since the app and its functions are now required on dispatches, convenience no longer substitutes function. The app is HIGHLY PRONE to crashing, particularly when uploading deliverables. Moving too quickly between two tasks also tends to trigger a crash.
Polish wise, there are little things that could use improvement. One particular example is "I am in route." "In route" is not a grammatically acceptable phrase in English. "En route" is a French phrase meaning "on the way." It does not translate literally/directly.

Wonderful app
This ap saves so much time. Requesting a call back is a great choice and all documentation is taken care of while on site-I love it.
