i was notified by text about this app just now through my new insurance bcbstx, installed the app, selected my employer and it just tells me to register or login with no button to get me to another page or even the prior. it’s just stuck there despite numerous force closing the app and reopening to even deleting and reinstalling the app.

Keeping track of corporate challenges seems to be too much for the app. I completed a challenge, ranked 2nd out of 615, and on the last day of the challenge , it disappeared. I only had to log 30 days…I logged 45. And after it disappeared, I waited for credit. I finally had to accept that they dropped the ball on me. I called the tech support, and they said they’d look into it and call me back. Now I’ve had to accept that they also failed me.

Login?
Won’t allow me to login. It takes me to the site to complete my login info then reverts back to the app with the same login screen. Never moves to the next screen
Painful Benefits Enrollment Every Year
My spouse’s company forces its employees to use this app to manage actions necessary for health insurance discounts. When you follow the link to the app from the employees website, it opens to a white “MyEvive” screen “Discover Your Benefits” and that’s it. You can’t log in, go back, or anything else. It’s just stuck on this one screen. It’s also this way just opening the app. Every year it’s a major ordeal just trying to comply with what we need to do through this app. How this is helpful to anyone I don’t get.

Key to the Sanofi Benefit plan is the annual physical form. There are no ljnks, after an hour of searching, the form probably diesn't exist .This app is useless

Pointless extra screens
I got this for the Wellness Incentive. I log into the app, then it wants me to log into the website on Safari. Once I log in on Safari, I stay on Safari opening up new tabs with each click. It won’t recycle old tabs either.
It won’t save my log in either. The session times out both on the app and Safari so I have to go through the whole process again. It would be easier just to use my computer…

Easy to see your account balances
Love that I can see where my balance is at
Update gave blank screen
Tried to complete update for new version. Update seemed very quick but when I tapped to open, I got and still get a blank screen to open app. I need access to search an insurance issue as quick as possible so my insurance will have to charge me less than they have been.

The app works really well just does not always pick up things I have already read.
APP DOESN’T EVEN LET ME LOG IN
i downloaded it a week ago, my job is signed up with the app as my job appeared. simply clicked to log in with my job’s credentials and then loads to a white blank screen and stays there. tells me to i was logged out and try again. did it 6x with same errors. left it alone for a week until now and same error again! doesn’t even let me log in so 1 star.
