Simply doesn’t work
The only salary packaging company that seems to have bothered creating a workable, easy to use app is Maxxia. All the other ones I have tried are old, tired, and unworkable. Time to pay your IT guys properly and create a working app. It’s not that hard, surely!
Rubbish app
I had been using this app without incident but then one day just stopped working. Even though I have check and then changed password & log in details via payroll it now won’t accept information to open.

App updates ?
Keeps telling me there is an update yet there isn’t. When this happens biometrics are disabled :(
Nothing works
I can log in but balance doesn’t always update. Can’t see transaction history in the app. None of the menu options open when selected

Not happy, every one from work have Samsung Phone they have all updated software for their MyEziwaySoftware FBT balances.it says to go to Apple Store apps & hit update button all I have is open button. Sharon
Can’t see my funds
I cannot see my funds. Whenever you click on anything it comes up with “error”. Does ezi way even look at all these reviews and act on changing these problems???? I need to get into this app so I can see my transaction history.
Literally unusable
Why this app even exists I don’t know. It is literally unusable when you go into some of the tabs they literally empty.All the buttons are extremely unresponsive.The aspect ratio is really inappropriate it looks like it’s designed for a smart phone that was made in the 1960s.
I think this app is from the 1970’s

This app is terrible
The app has stopped letting me access my account- I cannot see any of my transactions and get a constant error message. It’s terrible considering it’s the only access to view my funds in this account.
