Needs fixed
Will not let me login, create an account, anything. Just says these credentials can’t be found but they’re the credentials I was sent to login with and make an account so idk
App is junk
I have had a Morgage through fairway for two years, and for two years I have been unable to use this app at all.
A struggle to Use
This app is bogus to put it lightly. It prompts you with a Face ID which may or may not sign you in. If that doesn’t work, just enter your user name and password right? Well, you can do that but who knows when the home page will actually load. Close app, launch again, rinse, repeat, this time with fingers cross so I can hopefully pay my mortgage. Sounds familiar right? Everything end/beginning of the month 😒

Wow, I read the previous comments… thankfully that was a year ago. Clearly they have addressed the issues. Simple and efficient!!

Click get username. Then click reset password. Put in info. “Account not registered”. Fine. Click register account. Fill in info. “Account already registered”. Put in username and password again. “Account not registered”. Bruh
Trouble with creating the account!
I’m trying to create the account and it doesn’t allow me to proceed. I’ve followed the instructions but still I can not proceed. It shows that it needs the update for the app and before that it accepts all my info but when it comes to finish the process it doesn’t allow me. Please fix this thing because you want the money from us but we can’t send them to you!

App rarely works right
I have tried to log in several times and every time o try it says no account found. I was finally able to log in last week. Saved my password and enabled touch id(in hopes I would never have to sign in again) and guess what? When I. Tried to log in today to pay my mortgage it no longer recognizes my log in info and when I try and recover my user or password it says that there is no account. Super frustrating. Fairway really needs to fix this clunky app.

Bad UI
What happened to the old interface? Previous version was so clean and useful. The new UI is garbage and clustered. I don’t typically review apps but this was unacceptable!
Website & App Have Issues
Both the website and this app (which uses the website) have issues. Unable to update profile information. App needs to go through more quality control!
Worthless
I can’t even make a payment - newest error, “the current date of your device is invalid... please change it and try again.” I don’t have the power to change the date or the rotation of the earth, for that matter.
Gets some of the job done
I can pay my mortgage through the app, which is helpful. But it won’t give me any notifications AT ALL. I tried setting up every one of the text, email, and push notifications, and I get zero notifications. This is actually the same functionality as the website though, so I guess there’s something to say for consistency... This is one of the only companies where I still have to rely on a mailed bill to let me know that I have a bill due.
