Zero support or education

So far, three days of hell. Zero symptom relief. The thing shut itself off apparently. The support team left me a message in a foreign language. My doc or Medtronic mentioned nothing about a baseline journal. This app has no way to write about daily symptoms or track URGENCY. you can click “I went at X time” and that’s it. No field to write that it was painful or impossible to go. I have no way to measure anything. And the “report” it generates daily says I didn’t supply urgency numbers. THERES NO PLACE OR BUTTON FOR THAT!!! Does anyone actually test this stuff? Does anyone speak
English? This to me is far beyond incompetent. It’s borderline negligent. DO BETTER.

Stupid

This app is only to log your frequency. It will not allow you to log the program number or the level. I would never recommend it.

solid but has room for improvement

Not totally clear on initial setup, but overall pretty easy. I would recommend for each entry allowing a little section for notes or options for other issues that occur.

Suggestion for app

I think it would make the app million % better if you made a section for notes in the diary section. Such as or maybe an option to put in at what level (IE 1.5) the patient had implant prior going to bed what program was used and basically a note section. Also maybe a section for “nap or bed in the record diary section.

And maybe if possible a “timer” for in between wake ups so I usually sleep an hour when going to bed then wake up, that said why not have it show automatically how much time in between first and next record of diary

Ok that is all

Also tried to email support came back undeliverable

Also prior to my surgery I did not see any videos to be “prepared” but stated I had resources to review

Horrible experience

I underwent a bladder evaluation for 5 days which included using this Medtronic app.
to log “diary” inputs.
On the 4th day I realized that many of the entries were never recorded!!!

To make matters worse they assigned a lady to call me every day to tell me how great their equipment was working. I later learned that she was actually a sales rep!! On the 4th day she called again to tell me again how great things were working, totally failing to tell me that the app stopped logging diary entries the previous night.

Then when I called to complain the other rep tried to blame me accusing of not knowing how to make entries even though I’d already made many entries that did log.

Medtronics app is totally unreliable and they don’t operate ethically based on my experience.

Buyer beware.

Helpful, but needs fine tuning.

I’ve used this app intermittently for just over a year. It’s very helpful in preparing for annual doctor appointments. However, I’ve noticed a few things that need fine tuning.
1) It is not possible to edit information after saving. Fumble fingers are not helpful here.
2) I have not found a way to edit the date of an occurrence. Additionally, the app seems to validate dates only when starting, not after a time of running in the background such as overnight. This leads to the collection of inaccurate data. If these two factors were to be corrected, the app would be much more useful.

Pretty good app

The app does a good job and keeps my records well. It does have a few items lacking. It needs a dark mode, plus a space to add a note relative to what caused need to urinate, ie: washing dishes, showering, etc. More info: it has a problem with making corrections, it may or may not work and often only after multiple attempts.

Handy

I do like being able to keep an on going record of my progress since the implant of the Interstem. But it needs a couple of items.
1. There is no dark mode. It’s really bright to sleepy eyes at night.
2. It needs a daily notes section, even if for only a single letter abbreviation to help recall a particular event.
