Obnoxious clicking in my earbuds

I came to complain about the obnoxious clicking from your app and that noise reflected in my earbuds listening to music and phone during calls. The clicking from the device itself is annoying enough and I don’t see the purpose other than to remind the user they’re wearing it. Not that I wouldn’t notice a big bat wing around my neck but needs to have a clicking sound as well. I’ve grown somewhat used to the sound from the device but not the clicking in the phone and earbuds. But I fail to understand why it has to make any noise at all. I do think the device is working and I’m glad that it’s portable and doesn’t require me to stay seated during use. I have also found that it’s more uncomfortable after getting out of my cervical brace. I have to choose chairs to sit in carefully so it doesn’t push on my neck causing increased discomfort.

Great Device

I’ve had this bone stimulator for over a week and have had no issues wearing it. It’s lightweight and no bother to wear. I wear it while driving, shopping and watching TV. If it speeds up my recovery, I’m all for it.

Love the app

App is easy to use and so is the device.

Muscle stimulation

Nice to use but very heavy. Also can be very sweaty when sitting outside while reclining. Like using 2 hours and then another 2 hours. Much easier.
