Why do I have to log in each time? Also you can’t even see any of your test results because they aren’t displayed correctly. Useless app.
No back button
There are limited options and you don’t have a back button. It also makes you sign in every single time.
Not worth downloading
The app does not allow for easy navigation, there is no home button upon login to backtrack & requires login credentials every single time.
There is literally zero purpose of this “app.”

Logging In
I should not have to log in each time. Allow Face Unlock for the app.
Many flaws
Please do better for the member experience. We pay a ton of money for healthcare and deserve fully functional systems to access our providers, statements. and test results.
