Slow and buggy
This app is very slow to respond. After this latest iOS update it no longer allows you to upload any service requests.
Glendale does a good job responding but the app is bad
Sometimes the city can’t respond right away and sometimes there’s an issue with trash dumping outside apartments that have a franchised hauler- but that’s not related to the function of the app. This app is not good. It lags and freezes. You can’t delete messages (why?). You can’t select multiple messages and archive them all, how is that not a basic functionality? I have old old messages I can’t view anymore and I can’t mark them as being read. So I always have an unread messages alert. Annoying. Glendale should be able to do better. Would not recommend any other city or municipality use anything by this company.

Great App
I’ve reported probably over 100 items over the years and 99% are done within days. They should advertise this app more often.

Thank you Glendale for doing this for us. The app is wonderful. Very fast response time for abandoned furniture, cars, graffiti, etc. All Glendale residents should have it.
Wow very impressed!
The day after I downloaded the app to report some nearby potholes, they were filled the next day! The very next day! I was driving home on that road after dropping my kids off at school and was like no way. And hadn’t even been 24 hrs and those potholes were filled. Can’t get better than that. App is easy to navigate too.

Can’t open/use app

great idea but...
I have used this app many times to report abandoned shopping carts and random junk on the curb. I would say that 75% of my reports have been taken care of but sometimes they respond back saying “we will take care of it” and a week later I am walking down the street and it’s still there. I don’t know if they just don’t have the man power to handle that many reports or just don’t give a $&@%. it seems like you can’t go ANYWHERE in glendale without seeing someone’s trash left on the curb (c’mon citizens of glendale, you’re better than that!) but we are slowly turning into the cesspool that is LA

Just take a pic of the problem and the city takes care of it... It's effective and issues get resolved in a timely manner.
It seems to work fine!
Simple, see a problem, snap a pic, select problem category, input your thoughts, hit send! Every request I have sent has been taken care of within a couple of days! That works just fine for me!
The app works!
I have reported several items and it was easy to do. However I would like a larger list of items to choose from. The best part is that the City responded in a timely fashion and corrected the issues.
App is OK, but My Glendale service is atrocious
After reporting several things in my neighborhood using this app, I have found that it is absolutely ineffectual. Either the service associated with this app is that bad, or the various city departments just ignore reports submitted via this app.
It appears to be a big waste of money for the city of Glendale. Better to pick up the phone and call Glendale Police, Neighborhood Services, or the shopping cart reporting number instead of wasting time on this app and service.

Awesome app
Great tool.
A good idea gone horribly wrong
The problem with this app is that the people receiving the information are clueless about how to handle the situation, so they respond with irrelevant garbage and close the file.
The last time this happened I complained about an unauthorized encroachment into the city street easement. Since they were too dumb to figure out that it was a problem for the city streets department, they simply said that building codes don't apply in street easements and closed the case.
The only way you could find an IQ of 100 among these folks would be to give them all the IQ test and then add their scores...

So easy to submit a request!!!
I love this app. I report dead trees. Graffiti. Etc. with location services enabled you don't even need to enter an address or intersection. You can also easily submit photos or video. Yeah Glendale!!!
Glendale resident for 40 years
It does work and the response rate is impressive. The added comments made by city personnel makes it even more worthwhile. Hopefully it continues and people don't abuse it.

Great Idea, But Needs Improvement
Yet another reason to love clean, safe and picturesque Glendale!
Love the idea, but the app is constantly crashing when pulling up 250+ incidents. Filtering by report type, completion status and chronological order would also be helpful.
