Disappointing across the board
The app is not as comprehensive or engaging as ads would have you believe. Logging in after subscribing involves contacting customer support who told me to delete and reload the app. Cancelling is a similar experience, all while paying out a premium fee for not a lot of content. Do not bother

I’m very happy with the customer service. I contacted support regarding my subscriptions, and they were very helpful, understanding, and quick to resolve the issue. Both subscriptions were cancelled without any problems. Thank you so much for your help and excellent customer service! ❤️

Took my money & got nothing
Total rip off. I thought I’d try it for a month while I recovered from surgery. The payment shows up on my credit card and yet when I open the app they want another payment.
Scam
L’application continue de prendre de l’argent sur ma carte de crédit alors que je n’ai jamais accepter l’abonnement mensuel. L’abonnement non sollicité n’apparait même pas dans mes abonnement normal donc impossible de canceller facilement. Je demande un remboursement!!
