Poor app
Have tried to connect to my panel multiple times with no luck. Everytime i press the settings button on the app it drops out and i have to go back into the app everytime. I hsve deleted the multiple times and it still does it and wont connect Very frustrating!
Functional but a little basic
The app works fine and it makes it super convenient to turn on ahead of time and be ready when you’re looking to jump in. Also, the auto start they have it turned on at some point in the future is also great. Like others have said I would like to be able to add time without having to turn it off and back on again.
Also, the app maxes out at 195 even though the sauna can go hotter. Not sure if there’s a way to increase that.
I have my sauna connected through Home Assistant as well and there I’m able to raise it to 205 or more (I don’t go hotter than 205°).
All in all it does what it needs to, having integration and some other little niceties would make it even better.

1) Needs a timer. Why should we have to guess?

Amazing app. Amazing unit.
I originally left a one star review. But after calling the Sonic company and having them help me set up remote start on the unit I’m giving it five stars. It is incredible. I said it on my phone for whatever I want the sauna to heat up. I would absolutely recommend this.
Horrible design
You have to physically go to the remote unit on the sauna press buttons to allow your phone to operate the sauna. You have to do this before each and ever use. So I literally don’t understand why there’s any value connecting my phone to the sauna. If I have to go and press a button at the physical location every time. Don’t waste your money on a Wi-Fi heater.

Disconnected drama
This app is only ever in “disconnected” mode. Very frustrating when you pay so much for the wifi add on.
Pretty good
The app does the job of controlling the sauna pretty well with one exception — it does not have an option to automatically turn the light off when the sauna turns off. I would love to see this implemented as it is a bit tedious to turn it off after every session and I usually forget.
Works okay
Like others have said, works well to turn on and control temperature. However, would be really helpful to be able to adjust the countdown timer. Even if it’s just adding up to one more hour.

Jarvis should have to up their game and make this work for the price you pay
Bare Minimum
The app turns the unit on and off and you can change the temperature. It will send you a notification when it turns on or off and hits the target temperature. That’s all it does. To be fair, the Xenio controller barely does anything else. It would be great if you could at least set the timer through the app; even if it was just in the 10 minute increments allowed by the controller.

Needs notification options
The app is functional to turn the system on and off. A very helpful feature would be to add a notification or alarm once the system has arrived at the proper temperature. The variance in external ambient temperature results in different times to heat - which can result in wasted time. Please consider a notification or alarm option. Thanks!

So far so good
We’ve been able to control the sauna, lights and fans with this just fine. Haven’t tried to do schedules etc yet but it works.
Terrible App
This app does not work. It says my router is not connected to the internet when it is! Keep getting error 7.3.2
Can’t set duration for manual run
I like the fact that I can start the unit remotely, but wish I could also adjust the manual run duration. I only seem to be able to adjust the desired temperature for the manual run.
Given the steep price of the Wi-Fi unit for these sauna heaters, consumers expect and deserve a more well-featured mobile app.

Solo app for sauna control
The app works to start the sauna. It does not allow you to set the run-time. Max run time is 1 hour. This is an issue because saunas take up to an hour to get to temp. I would like this better if it was called OurHarvia and worked allowing more than 1 instance of the app per sauna.

The fact that the support team at Harvia tells you to open port 8883 on your router to public traffic should be all the evidence you need that Harvia has no idea how to connect its heaters to the Internet in 2025.
