Medical Records Won’t Open and App Logs Me Out
The MyHealthONE app has become extremely frustrating to use. Every time I try to open a medical record, the app takes me to a page that just keeps circling as though the record is loading, but it rarely opens.
At the top of that page, I see the MyHealthONE icon with an “Open” button. This is crazy because I already have the app open. Most of the time, tapping “Open” does absolutely nothing. One time it redirected me to the App Store, where the MyHealthONE app was displayed, but tapping “open” there didn’t resolve the problem either.
Being able to consistently access medical records is one of the most important functions of a healthcare app. Right now, I’m unable to reliably access mine. This issue needs to be fixed.

Sending me into space!
I am trying to hospital’s portal, one where I’ve had several encounters this year. But the app is now sending me to the portal of a clinic I haven’t used in several years. I just need to check a couple of numbers on my recent hospital tests. I’ve been able to view them here as recently as a few weeks ago. Yes, I went back to the hospital web page and followed the link for their portal, just to make sure. Somewhere some wires are crossed.

Except for 1 nighttime occurrence, I experienced the most professional and excellent care during my initial visit and throughout my
extended stay at both
Wesley Woodlawn and Wesley Main. The staff responded to every request with immediate resolution exhibiting a genuine care and concern. This was particularly true in the ICU unit. I cannot recall all the names, I particularly remember Kenna (Woodlawn); David, Austin, Adam—ICU Wesley Main. Gwen, PA Wesley Main. Vern..CNA…Wesley Main.
What can I say about Drs Khicha and Elmassory and their related teams except Amazingly Priceless.

It has been unavailable for two days, and I cannot access my medical records or imaging reports.
Can’t update Address
Why can’t there be an online option to update address?
Slow
I managed to get logged in when I initially set up the app but now I can’t get in at all. It just spins and times out. Also bummed I can’t message providers using the app; something I’m able to do in an health app that I use.

Always shows unread message
Software is much more difficult to navigate than others I have and always shows that I have an unread message. Have spent way too much time trying to figure this out to no avail.
Poor grade for accessibility
so far I'm not impressed with this app at all as a low vision blind user using accessibility feature voiceover on my iPhone
right now I'm trying to check in for an appointment coming up but all features get frozen when I select them

Crashes constantly
This app hangs constantly.Really annoying
Consistently doesn't load data
We use this app during hospital stays. The issue is that the data doesn't load. Is this by design? It is by far the worst hospital app. Other hospitals allow you to text your doc and nurse during your stay. Not HCA. The app doesn't load data on my phone or laptop most of the time.

THE APP IS VERY CLUNKY N A BIT CUMBERSOME TO USE. IT HAS LINKS THAT TAKE U SOMEWHERE ELSE N NANG. U HAVE TO CLOSE OUT N THEN U MAY SEE WHAT U R LOOKING FOR. THE PAYMENT PLAN FEATURE DOESN'T EVEN LOAD AT ALL. OVERALL NEEDS A LOT DEVOPS WORK.
