Locked m out for 24 hours. Too long!
Never updates
This app used to work. It doesn’t anymore. I get hospital updates 2 weeks after discharge. Card help and they were anything but helpful. Tried to pass me off. I asked if talking to medical records would solve my problem (after my second 30+ minute call in 1 day) he said no and still couldn’t help. Day 3 in the hospital and ZERO UPDATES doesn’t even show this hospital visit. Worthless to find out weeks later.

Good login security; easy to navigate; results of tests comes through after the test or procedure is finalized.
Useless
Infuriating to use if you have an existing older account and a new hospital visit after several years. Nothing works, outdated information, new labs and visits not visible, etc. When trying to create a new account it says account already exists, then account gets locked and you have to call a number. Medical City Alliance — please find something better for your patients!

Bad customer service
The customer service team is very bad and I had to closed my account because they were not able to help me with my account. Called in over three times still couldn’t help me with the problem. Can’t access my account. For my information about my heart attack I had.

The redirect out of app to register for a visit/procedure is garbage. Problematic when loading info to register. Then upon writing feedback when asked…. The app crashes/times out. Ridiculous. Fix it. No excuse in 2026 for this kind of efficiency with an app.

Update
I keep receiving text messages saying that I have a new invoice for payment. When I click on my app, it says you must do an update. It won’t update and I can’t login. I’m stuck in a cycle.

This app truly sucks. It is so slow to load anything and likes to crash constantly. It is clunky and virtually unusable.

The service that I received today from all the staff I encountered was outstanding. I love all of you. Everyone was pleasant, happy and so kind from reception, to admission, the care nurses, surgical staff, recovery, physical therapy,cafeteria. What a great job you all did.
