This app hangs constantly.Really annoying
Consistently doesn't load data
We use this app during hospital stays. The issue is that the data doesn't load. Is this by design? It is by far the worst hospital app. Other hospitals allow you to text your doc and nurse during your stay. Not HCA. The app doesn't load data on my phone or laptop most of the time.

CLUNKY
THE APP IS VERY CLUNKY N A BIT CUMBERSOME TO USE. IT HAS LINKS THAT TAKE U SOMEWHERE ELSE N NANG. U HAVE TO CLOSE OUT N THEN U MAY SEE WHAT U R LOOKING FOR. THE PAYMENT PLAN FEATURE DOESN'T EVEN LOAD AT ALL. OVERALL NEEDS A LOT DEVOPS WORK.
Very slow

I would like to be able to view the actual Xray itself along with the provider’s report

I wish I didn’t have to use HCA because this patient portal is frustrating, slow, and ALWAYS incomplete even weeks after testing.

Find Doctors function just keeps spinning. Endless spin.
Forgot username/password process is slow and unreliable
I’ve exceeded the maximum amount of attempts to retrieve my username and reset my password despite attempting to login with my saved credentials. The security code email arrives hilariously slowly and the screen to enter it times out before I can enter it. Even when I can enter it in time, the screen seems to be waiting for the server to respond and then errors out. This is absolutely unacceptable application performance when the law requires that patients to be able to access their health records through the patient portal. I must now wait 24 hours before I can attempt again.

NO HEALTH RECORDS SHOWING
I can’t even view my health record. I keep saying it’s gonna take a few minutes alone, but it never comes back and I close the app and logged back in and still doesn’t work.
App clocks after putting password in
App clocks after putting password in. It sits there till it times out and says application not responding please report if it happens again.
Why does the Health need full access when using a Calendar?
Huge Risk by allowing this, please limit access to only when using the app
User interface issues
The app keeps telling me to pay as a guest even though I’m logged in as an account holder. I can’t select the agree button after terms and conditions because other buttons are on top of it.
Connectivity issue.
First time I’ve logged in for 2026 and there’s an error message saying there’s a connectivity issue.

It takes a long time for records (or anything else) to load. This app is far slower than any other medical app I’ve used.
