Is this even an app?
No matter if I select “remember me” it doesn’t remember. I don’t even think this an app but rather a pointer to a web portal, because no messages are read responded by the Dr. test results aren’t shown. “My chart”is a much better
Works good for me
I’m not having the issues the other reviews are saying. I’ve had no problem with this app thus far
App no longer works after the update
After they removed the face id option the app no longer allows me to see any messages sent to me from the doctors. Messages will not even appear on the app. App also crashes on me often. Now I have a hard time getting a hold of the doctors because I can’t see their responses.
A nightmare now
The app used to be quick and easy. Now it’s worse than going on a website through the browser.
Can no longer sign in with Face ID
Why was the option to sign in with Face ID removed?
Pointless app
Have an account but it doesn’t show any information. Can’t pay a bill from app. Basically has you register just to display even your first and last name.
Cannot download or view files
This app was a solid 3.5/4 until something updated and now I’m unable to access any of my documents new and old.

I’ve never seen this before but when I try to email my doctor about prescriptions that I need or else I die, the app crashes!
It’s so cool, I think to myself, I should message my doctor to get these medications and then I touch the message and the entire thing crashes. So I’ve come to realize I don’t actually need any medication and I can just die instead :D

Crashes constantly
Most of the time, i cannot see a new message. Here recently, if i click on any message, the app crashes. I have tried deleting app and reinstalling it, i have updated my phone, reset my phone and the messages still crash.
Can’t open messages
I’ve been trying to open a message one of the nurses sent me, but every time I go to open it the app crashes. Wish they would fix this.

Can’t open most recent messages
I can always see the preview of the most recent message, but when I open it, only the prior messages show. More recently, the app crashes when I try to click on a message to open it. There are always issues, this app is terrible

I tried to meet for a appointment on both my iPad and iPhone each time it would act like it wanted to connect and the close it’s self or crash. I would have to log back in and it just happened over and over again.
I have a question
How do I talk to my doctor from your app ? It doesn’t have anything on the myHealthspot app where I can see and talk to my doctor for my appointments

CC payment error
Paying under Account Summary produces an error- InternalServererror. Did it a second time and still an error.
The 2 reasons for my setting up the account was online payment and having my records available. There was no documentation of the visit diagnosis or much of anything else other than the vitals.
So it fails on both counts. I'll try again tomorrow. Maybe it needs a bit of time. I'll report back.

Need more options
This app doesn't give much information or any options to do more. It would be nice to be able to log in and order meds on the go or change something in the chart.
Won't log in.
This app would be amazing if you could login one time and see all family members instead of having to log out and attempt to log back in for each person. Every time I try to log in to check my son or daughter's chart/info, I get a "input string not in correct format"...?
