About

The app, its videos and its texts are in Albanian. MyHealthy is made for Albanian-speaking women. Movement, nutrition, medicine. Your health, with one voice. MyHealthy brings personalised training, nutrition and medical advice together in one programme: clear, safe and always close to you. The first step is pregnancy: a complete prenatal programme, created by three Albanian specialists. The gynaecologist explains what is happening in your body. The nutritionist shows you how to eat in each trimester. The pilates instructor guides you through workouts adapted week by week. WHAT YOU FIND INSIDE Your week. The app knows which week of pregnancy you are in and shows you what to expect: the changes in your body, the advice of the week, the right workout. Pilates workouts for each trimester. Full videos, filmed for pregnancy, not ordinary exercises adapted in a hurry. Turn your phone sideways for full screen. The gynaecologist's word. Short answers to the questions you ask yourself at midnight: is it safe to move, why do you feel dizzy, when should you call the doctor. Nutrition without guilt. How much your needs really grow, what changes after the thirteenth week, and why "eating for two" is not true. Your diary. Note how you felt after each workout. It is yours alone. TRY IT FREE Before you decide, watch a full pilates session and two short pieces of advice for your trimester. No payment, no card. NOT MOVING DOES NOT PROTECT YOU Adapted movement supports you. Every workout here is built for pregnancy, and the programme opens after you confirm that your gynaecologist has approved it. MyHealthy does not replace your doctor. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or a medical restriction, talk to your gynaecologist before you start. Questions? Write to us at info@myhealthy.al
