App updated and deleted my network.
After months, it finally let me re-add my network, but now it won’t let me disable the Wi-Fi (I have a mesh network set up and would prefer to turn off the one for this terrible modem and not have two networks broadcasting).

Now, it won’t let me re-add it. Hitron products are terrible, it’s such a shame my ISP doesn’t have any other options.
Poor interface & Connection
App does not allow user to switch which router devices are connected too. Internet drops constantly.

Associate devices disappear automatically and only appears back after multiple attempts of logging out, restarting app

The Hitron app works much better now
I bought the Aria 3411 unit from Amazon and their Hitron app walked through the installation fairly easy and straight forward. Afterwards there are also showing connected clients along with the Speedtest.
The Aria 3411 unit is also satisfactory to my expectations on covering WiFi at my mid size home.
Overall things worked as expected so far.

Great App
App works fine and has many features. Love the multiple pause feature.
Doesn’t support router
App doesn’t support Hitron router
Doesn’t support its own equipment
Have to agree with others on here, it’s stupid to not support your own equipment. Useless.
Hitron
No exaggeration, I went through 17 Hitron CODA-5712 routers and found more on the assembly line being built that were highly defective! Management however did not resolve issue on assembly line in surface mounting in which resulted in an unknown number of routers going to customers across the states that are defective and do not work. Hopefully there’s still room for improvement for making better routers in regards to Hitron.
